Phenomenal customer care from the team at Zero Waste Outlet! I started Using their products last year and have not looked back. The items have held up extremely well over the past year, far outpacing generic store bought synthetic items. I loved using it so much I ordered some for my partner for Christmas. In the order notes, I put That it was a gift and asked if at all possible to send in an unmarked box, to keep the surprise factor. Not only did Zero Waste Oitlet tape over their labels on the box so it would remain unmarked, they even wrote a short handwritten note to my partner inside the box! Plus they fulfilled the order quickly and shipped it with plenty of time for Christmas! A wonderful touch to personalize it. Made me feel I was ordering from genuine humans, not just a faceless mega-corporation. Zero Waste Outlet is good people, good products, and great service. Would recommend them to anyone!

I have purchased Zero Waste Outlet products for over 2 years now and am 100% satisfied with all products. The new "detangler conditioner is perfect for my long hair. I REALLY like how this company uses NO plastics in all of the containers and packaging. The bar shampoos and soaps, lip butter, lotions, and cleaning products are wrapped in paper or cardboard. I LOVE the NO paper towel cloths and use those in the kitchen, cleaning dishes, counters, and spills. I use them over and over and throw them in the wash with my other laundry items. REUSE is a great idea considering how much plastic there is in our world. THANK YOU SO MUCH Zero Waste Outlet for helping us rid the planet of plastic. Lucille
