Excellent small jewelry business. Their designs are unique and the final product (knight Gauntlet pendant) I received was amazingly detailed and well crafted. I'm extremely happy with the overall experience.

5 stars because the business has been communicative and prompt in response to me reaching out! My order had not yet shipped (ordered late November). When I reached out this week (first week of January) to check on the order, they replied within 24 hours saying they would take special care to send mine within the week. It shipped out within 24 hours.

Would it be ideal if things were shipped promptly around the holidays? Of course it would! But this is a small business who seemed to be swamped with holiday orders (they sent out an email newsletter stating such), with a holiday and families to celebrate themselves. I think the most important thing is the company’s ability to respond to and prioritize inquiries where needed, when communication happens. I wish them tons of success in the new year!

Read entire post for updates: I have yet to receive my order and I ordered on 29 November and it has also not been shipped. I reached out to the company and they responded that they would ship the following week & still nothing. I’m only mentioning because other comments have positive feedback regarding shipping and timeliness which has not been my experience.

Update: upon making my review, my order shipped a few hours later. I’ll update my review again once received.

Update: Seller was very communicative and I was able to receive my item. They were very nice and I really really enjoyed the product which was great quality! I would absolutely order again.

Gorgeous pieces! Excellent weight and quality. Blown away by how beautiful they are in person. They look amazing online, but in hand? It's a whole other story. Truly the crown jewels of my jewelry collection. And the packaging feels so upscale and expensive. Couldn't be happier!

Amazing quality!! Heavier than i expected and shipping did not take long either. Also very communicative always knew where my package was during shipping and very fast responses.

I really love the idea of changeable wings on the crosses. I've always wanted something like these so glad I found this website! The quality is amazing doesn't feel tight, don't feel like it'll break easily or lose any of the wings, and definitely won't turn my neck green. Would definitely recommend anything from them 🔥🔥🔥

I've ordered a few times and my experience has been consistently perfect throughout. Production takes a few weeks but the wait is always worth it. The pendants are durable and stylish and the team is always so nice. I could not recommend enough!

I bought their Alucard pendant as a gift for my partner and he loved it! I was able to clip the wings on for him easily and it stayed on pretty solid. Worked perfectly! It looked way better in person, quality is great :) I also have their Aurora pendant which is just as good, so thankful they restocked it again! My partner and I are super happy, definitely would recommend!

The real review is two and a half, not three stars.

Both attachments for my pendants were loose after just a few hours, not to mention i waited 4 months to receive my pendants. I'm writing this the very same day that I've gotten them, just a few hours later. The wings attach fine at first, but become loose and fall off after a few hours. Nothing to fix them back, not even bending them slightly, like the box (instructions) suggest.

The actual pendants are pretty good i'd say and match their price in value: solid, metal, and pretty beautiful, yet the attachment mechanism has severely let me down. This and scratches (already) on the back of the pendant, which is wierd to me because these are on my skin, nothing else. That and the age long waiting time between ordering and shipment have genuinely taken down points for this review.
