I recently ordered a new keyboard from ZerkGamingMods, The owner kept me in the loop with the preorder and was extremely friendly and knowledgable, Delivery was very quick and I couldn't recommend them more.

ordered a mousepad and was contacted very quickly about my order and everything involved, communication was very fast and honestly one of the few places I actually feel valued as a customer unlike those massive companies I'm sure we all know the names of. I'd recommend them to anyone :)

Huge shout out to Matthew with the great support. Custom cable did take a lengthy process time but I expected that. Royal Mail untracked got lost twice, which isn't ZGM's fault, but I decided to just get a refund due to the wait. Matthew reached out to me after I received my full refund to send me a new paracord regardless, with tracked shipping so it can't escape. Came next day, will definitely be coming back here in future.

The support is better than the support I receive from my family. On a more serious note I couldn’t be happier with the support I have received when returning a faulty mouse. I contacted via email and had a response within a few hours. Upon returning the mouse I received an email the same day it arrived saying that they will replace it and even offered different versions of the mouse as a replacement free of charge. Upon deciding on a mouse they sent out a replacement that day and I received it the next day. The new mouse has had no issues whatsoever. Thank you specifically to Matthew Fowler they handled my support ticket and I could tell he genuinely cares. I will always be buying from this company in the future.

Snappy shipping, reliable and great customer experience. You can judge a place on how it handles issues and I had a product arrive with a manufacturing defect.. Matthew went above and beyond to get it resolved with clear communication and fast actions.

The person running the shop is a great guy, the shipping longer than expected but I asked him and he responded nicely with a link to track my package.
Also had some problems with the mouse and he helped me to fix those issues.
Buyed something 5 years ago and had no quality issues and also with this purchase had no quality issues.
For a 5/5 the shipping date should be more accurate.

Mathew is amazing. I collect mousepads, got about 300 plus. I couldn't find this particular one anywhere else. The service is seriously second to none. This guy obviously genuinely cares about his customers. Totally brilliant.

The cable is well made and feels great to use, from ordering it took about 5 weeks to arrive, which is fine and i understand that they are all custom made for delivery, but a heads-up of this when ordering would've been great.

I ordered grips from here, they arrived the next day and are great.

Apart from that the service was great, Matthew responded quickly to any questions i had and I'll definitely order from here again.

Bon , je pense que en principe si nous écrivons un avis sur trust pilot c’est pas pour écrire un bonne avis , mais la avec ZerkGaming surtout Matthew je le remercie car le service après vente est tout juste excellent , je pense que quand vous payer un produit et que si par malheur vous rencontrez un souci avec le produit tout ce jour avec le service client mais la le service est juste top , premier câble envoyé mais malheureusement pas reçu j’ai donc contacté Matthew qui a pu re faire un câble pour moi sur mesure et l’envoyer tout ça en 1 semaine . Le câble est fait sur mesure selon votre souris renseigner lors de votre achat car le câble est fabriqué en fonction de votre souris que vous allez custom et que le paracord est déjà près cablé , je n’ai pas eu besoin à me soucier de comment passer le câble pour pas qu’elle gène au remontage . En tout cas vous pouvez foncez les yeux fermer car si pas malheur vous avez un souci le SAV est juste TOP .
