Zephyr Sail Shades Arvostelua

I was very impressed that early morning after ordering I was fully in the picture and that my change of delivery address had been received and I was informed that they were sending to my preferred address. This is old school customer service which at this price point is very reassuring and unusual and the product is equally as impressive as the customer service.Well done guys!!!

We’re delighted with these blinds. They are durable, nicely made and a great colour.

Wanted a sunshade for our garden so ordered the rectangle sail from Zephyr which arrived within 2 days. Everything was there, packed in an easy carry bag with instructions which are easy to follow. The material quality is great and having a choice of colours to match your garden is a great extra compared to others.
Straight after putting it up the UK heatwave hit and boy did it do its job. My wife was able to sit out the whole day in the shade and enjoy it rather than having to sit inside as there was little to no shade previously. It certainly had made our garden experience better.
I highly recommend using these sails and as a company Zephyr have done everything right.

Fast efficient delivery and product is good quality and exactly what I wanted.

Good product and service quick delivery

Item arrived very quickly but as yet have not erected it.

Hi, ordered 5x4m rectangle and delivery arrived promptly. However, 5.4m square was delivered instead. Delivered correct item 2 days later and let me keep the first shade sail. Very good customer service and came quickly.

It would be worth them double checking orders particularly with 2 similar sizes sold, as paperwork on first parcel didn't match the item.

very pleased with the sails which are finished really well and strong in the corners where it matters - material looks good and I imagine will clean easily if required

Fantastic customer service after the wrong size sail was sent. Received the correct one within 24hours. The sail was just what we needed to cover our pergola and provides amazing shade. Well made and well packaged
