Good value, good product, good communication, and arrived on time.

Can’t pump up the back tyre

Absolutely appalled with the customer service from this company. The scooter they sent us was not put together properly and fell apart after 10 days of use. Initially they responded to emails and ensured they would get it fixed. It has now been months and the company have stopped replying to emails. They don’t have a phone number you can contact them on. We are left almost $1000 out of pocket and have a scooter that is completely unusable. They instructed us to take it to a repairer and that they would pay. They still have not sent the parts out, the scooter has been sitting at the repair shop for over 8 weeks. Absolutely outraged, I have a distraught son as this was his birthday present. We have asked for a refund or a replacement several times. Absolutely nothing. I have been more than patient and calm with this company. But it is not fair that they can provide a faulty product and then treat their customers this way.

Just a 5 star review, its good, buy it.

Problems with tyres and tubes
I had to buy new tubes they send the bikes with flat tyres and stuffed tubes my brothers bike was the same. No help from seller at all.

Easy online purchase and quick delivery.
And very impressed with the bike,also some of my friends, are now looking.

I took quite some time to get to me. It was within their window 4 to 10 days, but it got to me on the ninth day. I had to follow them up to make sure the tracking was correct as it wasn’t updated very often. This is not their fault. I understand that now I have the bike. I’ve had it for a few days. I’ve put 100km on the bike the screen battery indicator doesn’t match up with the batteries indicator so can show flat when it’s still got charge I’ve charged 4 times over the 100km and the bike is now squeaking like a budgie looking at itself in a mirror when I ride down the street
The team has reached out and working to fix the issues we had some simple fixes like WD-40 they seem like a good mob to work with.

Arrived without delay. Everything was in the box. Bike rides well. Pretty happy with delivery and service.

Bike makes a lot of squeaking noise tried to get in contact with them with no response can hear the bike from 50m away

Mankeel mx-14 escooter complete garbage can get same one for $650 on temu except unrestricted and has bluetooth and all p settings available to use. The one I got off this site for $850 is chinese rip off and construction is extremely poor add to the fact it took weeks longer to get here. Top.speed of 20km hour wiring is complete garbage and so is the battery barely making a 5 kms range before going flat power is so slow and top speed is the same even after hacking it.

The bike is fantastic the service team is excellent I can't speak highly enough.
I wish all my purchases were this easy and prompt delivery was quick and as promised.

I made a purchase that I couldn't fulfill due to unforeseen circumstances. I went to cancel before the bike was sent for delivery. I treated the support team so rudely with horrible accusations and at no time did they respond unprofessionally. They were so helpful.

so far all good. some variant of the tamobyke v29 and ouxi v8 temu specials i just hope the battery is of reputable quality. hardest thing is getting tyres to seat properly during assembly. temu special tools and pump are disposable. gears on the bike too low to help when running along at 25kph and too high to pedal this tank out of tight situations. the walk or throttle to 6km very weak also wont get itself out of tight situations unless unlocked then has more grunt to power itself

Zephyr Bikes i would absolutely recommend to anyone, the strength, speed, power, comfort and great looks. 51 years old and its like being a kid again, every chance I get i ride it there isnt enough road.

Arrived day 9. In good condition, box says "Made in China". No evidence of the name Zephyr on the frame. Instruction booklet needs attention, some of it is poorly translated particularly the safety section. Possibly damaged the throttle cable as there was no plug on it when received. Looking at getting the throttle replaced if I can't get it to operate. On using, goes well in Pedal assisted 1, 2and 3. Only other downside was that the foot rests are too close to the pedals if anyone has a shoe size above Aus 9. Had to remove the footrests. Suggest they be located further from the pedals. Otherwise seems to be a solid build having taken it off-road a few times.

Great product, simple user interface and a reasonable price.
High build quality also, I crashed my X29 so hard yesterday and it didn't break.
I'm very impressed.
