They did not send the full order. the costumes they sent were good. now they don't respond. They also sent me a paypal friends and family request with the order. I did not notice it was not for goods and services. and paypal will not you dispute a freinds and family payment.. They do good work. but you have no recourse if they take your money
They claim to create custom zentai suits, by allowing you to fill out a very detailed order form containing measurements, construction options, etc., but then they fail to follow those specifications, ignoring basics (eg the zipper you paid $8 extra for) and getting measurements altogether incorrect (eg sleeves will be 12cm too short). THEN when you email them regarding the problems they ignore you, gaslight you, and insist that there's no problem. THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS EVEN FOR THEIR OWN PRODUCTION ERRORS. Purchase at your own risk! You're basically setting money on fire to receive a pile of random fabric instead of your specific order!!
UPDATE: It keeps getting worse, somehow. All I asked was for the team to either refund or correct their production errors and they sent a total of EIGHT communications denying their responsibility to furnish the goods that were paid for. DANGEROUS BUSINESS - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
