I have done other subscription boxes before and they were not like this box. This box contains a variety of treats. It's not all dagashi like some subscription boxes. It is well packaged. Nothing was damaged including the box. Would highly recommend.

My daughters have had subscriptions with ZenPop for a few years now. One has had the stationary and the other had the Anime for a while, and she has the snack box now. I cannot say enough about how much they love these boxes. The items in each one are clearly curated by someone who knows what they are doing. The customer service is also top notch; they have helped me out more than once, to keep my girls from being disappointed. If you have a chance to order from ZenPop, do it. You won't regret it.

Great holiday presents
Ordered the limited edition box, and the ramen and snack box for my boyfriends as Christmas presents.
He absolutely loved them and getting him another box for Valentine’s Day ( placing that order soon) shipping to Us was very quick.
Customer service is very quick to answer.

My Zenpop first order of a ramen pack…
My Zenpop first order of a ramen pack took 30 days to arrive. I think this is excessively long. The pack contained 7 medium/small instant ramen packs.
In the end I do not think this is a good value or quick service and is somewhat minimal.

Boxes that bring you joy
I tried the Ramen + Sweets Mix Pack and also purchased the Kawaii & Co. Limited Edition Box, and I loved them both!!
This subscription box service is fantastic, the products that come with the adorable boxes are really great and always bring joy. From food to items, everything is carefully boxed and supplied with lovely cards with codes on them allowing you to read details (and instructions, if needed) about each individual product. Plus, the site is functional and the shipping is good, so how can you resist?
With a varied assortment of flavours and several packs to choose from, there really is something for everyone! A service to recommend especially if you, like me, love Japan and are a fan of all things kawaii ❤️

"Frais de port offert" mais "colis perdu"

Après ma mésaventure j'ai contacté le service client et suis tombée sur une personne très agréable ( Tobias) qui m'a proposé de me renvoyer une box de nouilles. L'envoi et la livraison ont été un peu longs mais j'ai finalement reçu ma box il y a quelques jours.
C'est vraiment dommage que les frais de port soient si élevés parce que c'est vraiment une box que j'adore, mais avec les frais de port ça fait un sacré budget nouilles :(

Je m'étais abonnée il y a quelques temps déjà mais vu les frais de port j'avais arrêter mon abonnement ( et les pot de nouilles revenaient beaucoup trop cher). Il y a eu une promotion "frais de port offert" j'ai donc sauté sur l'occasion. Mon colis a été envoyé très rapidement. J'ai fais livrer le colis chez mes beaux-parents, quelle ne fut pas ma surprise quand mon beau-père m'a dit avoir refusé le colis parce qu'il y avait 22€ de frais de douane ?! Alors on a les frais de port offert mais il faut débourser plus cher parce qu'il y a des frais de douane ?! C'est une blague ? Je n'ai d'ailleurs pas eu de nouvelle de chronopost ou d'un possible remboursement de mon colis ni quoi que ce soit d'ailleurs !
J'ai donc pour le moment perdu mon argent. Merci pour la super promo "frais de port offert" ...

Nous sommes navrés d'apprendre que Chronopost vous a demandé des frais supplémentaires.
Est-ce que vous avez déjà contacté notre service client pour que nous puissions trouver une solution à votre cas ? Nous vous invitons à nous envoyer un mail à contact@zenpop.jp avec votre numéro de commande.
À notre connaissance, seuls les expédition via EMS (livré avec Chronopost), font face à ces frais supplémentaires. C'est pourquoi nous avions bien indiqué sur la page de paiement qu'il y a des frais additionnels avec EMS. Il y a également plus d'information là-dessus dans la FAQ, où nous recommendons d'éviter EMS.
Depuis la semaine dernière, la Japan Post a rouvert son service normal pour la France, et nous encourageons donc nos clients de passer via leurs services ou bien ceux de DHL pour une livraison express.
Encore toutes mes excuses pour le désagrément. Nous attendons un mail de votre part dans l'espoir de pouvoir trouver une solution positive.

Ordered a box of ramen. She did not come wrote to support the first time. They asked to wait. Waited another month. Wrote again. They said we have to wait
Recently I wrote to them for the third time, to which they replied that the order had already been made a long time ago. We will not send you anything and we will not refund the money either.

J'ai eu un code promo j'ai pu tester je suis tomber sur la pop friandise , reçu en 1 semaine , l idée est cool mais en terme de quantité c'est décevant , pas plus de 10-15 euro alors que sans code promo tu en as pour 50 avec les frais de port compris j en reprendrais pas
Et attention même si tu dis que tu veux juste une box il te met ton compte en renouvellement automatique chaque mois et c'est assez confus il faudra se connecter à son compte pour le voir sa ressemble à peut a de l arnaque

Je suis désolé d'apprendre que vous n'êtes pas satisfait de la box que vous avez reçu.
Nous avons bien conscience que le prix des boxes est élevé en ce moment, et cela est malheureusement dû aux frais de ports imposés par les différents transporteurs, sur lesquels nous n'avons pas de contrôle. Nous espérons cependant voir une amélioration sur les mois à venir !
Concernant le renouvellement automatique, en effet, tout achat est par défaut renouvelable. C'est le concept de l'abonnement sous lequel nous vendons nos boxes du Japon. Nous clarifions bien que ce sera le cas sur le site, et au moment du paiement, en vous donnant l'option de désactiver le renouvellement automatique à tout moment depuis votre compte client.
J'espère avoir pu répondre à certains des points que vous avez mentionnés.
Nous allons faire de notre mieux pour améliorer notre service et offrir de meilleures alternatives d'expédition à l'avenir.

Mais ces "gens" n'en tiennent pas compte et continuent de vous prélever et à envoyer je ne sais pas quoi dont je n'ai pas besoin... I ordered a single box
I ordered a single box. The items in it were ok but not as good as some of the other boxes available. I cancelled but they sent the next box early so I had to pay for that one as well. No worries. A year later(!!) I get an email saying my subscription is due to renew in a few days for another year. I never signed up for a yearly subscription. I was pay monthly. I tried to go to the website to find out what was going on. It loads very slowly but does work, until you get to the part where you can view your subscriptions. Then it just keeps saying "This page isn't working." Looks like the only way to see if they are going to charge me is to wait until after the payment is taken & then dispute it with the credit card company.

Great themed content and customer support
I've been subscribed to the ramen + sweets pack for a while now and so far my experience has been very good.
The items feel like they were carefully selected to fit the theme of every box while also providing a lot of variety and unique flavours. The descriptions of each item online are also nice to have.
Problems that did arise with shipping etc. were quickly resolved with a sense of trust and earnestness.
