Order #KP5 - MUSIC CDS x 2

My first order with them and I am so impressed. My order came so quickly given I paid for standard shipping. I placed my order on the 21st of July and it arrived today the 8th of August. My items were safely packaged in a box with two layers of bubble wrap. Tracking was also great which I didn't expect. Initial tracking was obviously Japan based. However, once my order arrived in Australia I could track it via Australia Post. It was also nice to have a promo code included in the delivery. Thank you so much Zenplus. I would happily purchase from them again.

Cannot reliably purchase multiple items

I had two items in my order, one arrived but one was cancelled.
Refund was given, but I had already paid for shipping for one item. Then they asked very soon after if I would like to re-purchase, since for some reason the seller had sent the item anyway.

Meaning that I would have to pay for two separate shipments, which is very expensive, multiple times the shipping refund I was given.

This is not stated in their ZenPlus FAQ, and communication between emails were vague as if avoiding the topic of shipping costs. It took multiple emails pressing for details, for several days, to get a clear explanation as to what I would pay for a re-purchase.

They did not explain this: I still do not know why the seller had sent the item to ZenPlus' warehouse even though it was cancelled (by whom?), so soon after shipping the other item, and how ZenPlus processed this item.

I cannot recommend ZenPlus. If something goes wrong with buying multiple items, the way ZenPlus handles the situation is unreliable.

Update:

I think it is reasonable to ask that the details of the entire issue should have been explained to me when Zenplus received the item at the warehouse. But I appreciate the explanation now.

I do not see the item listed anymore for a re-purchase but if it is still available I am open to communicate through email. - Hyun

I have not received an email in the past week. If I do not update my review from here then that means I was never contacted.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused here, especially for the long time it took you to get a clear explanation of the re-purchase price.

I have looked into what happened with your order and found that this was a very unusual situation. It is the first time I hear of a seller cancelling and still sending it to our warehouse. Very odd to say the least.

The seller stated the reason for cancelling as "Delay In Supply" and there seems to have been a misunderstanding at the seller's where possibly one person thought the item was not going to be available in time and canceled. The item then became available sooner than expected and another person, not aware of the cancellation, shipped the item.

This is very unfortunate and again we apologize for the inconvenience, both from ZenPlus and on behalf the seller.

The shipping for the second item is unfortunately not equal to the refund you received. I do understand this is very confusing.

The easy way to explain it is there is always a base price that we pay to the shipping company for a parcel and then the cost for the particular weight/volume/size is added to that base price.

This makes shipping things together cheaper if you calculate per item, since the base price is split over multiple items.

I understand this explanation doesn't help the fact that you weren't able to get the item you wanted, and we are sorry about that.

Thank you for providing more information. I have checked the details of how your order was processed and shipped and I can find one thing that may be the reason it is taking a little longer than usual to arrive.

I have seen packages with the same content being held up for about 2-3 weeks in customs (a few in the same shipping destination as yours and some to a neighboring country). Though the items are not prohibited by any means, they can look or feel like something else that is not allowed to be imported in most countries.

In previous instances all orders have arrived to the customer shortly after customs inspections have been completed, but yes, it can unfortunately take time to be released from customs.

I would encourage you to wait a little longer and if the package still does not arrive, please do let us know through any of our customer support channels and we will do our best to assist.

Very Unsatisfied

Very Unsatisfied. I purchased a Louis Vuitton key ring on the ZenPlus in June last month and upon received it is a fake LV item. I contacted customer service via an email and on the website by asking question for return and refund. To date, I still haven’t heard anything back from Zen plus.

Super!!

Erstaunlich schnelle Abwicklung und Lieferung nach Deutschland. Gutes Tracking der Lieferung. Verzollung und alles wird übernommen, sodass man hier keine Probleme hat.

We completely understand that it is difficult to wait for the ordered items to arrive and we too feel bad hearing about long arrival times.

From what I can gather through the other channels that you have contacted us at, your parcel was sent from our warehouse on March 25 and arrived at your country's customs on March 28.

Today, April 4, the tracking code says that your parcel is being processed by your local post office and is being scheduled for delivery.

While we cannot say for sure, looking at these dates it does seem likely that the Easter Holiday in your country may have contributed to the longer delivery time.

We do hope that your package will arrive very soon, now that the holiday in your country is over, and that you get to enjoy your items.

If there are any further problems, please do not hesitate to contact us here on any other of our channels.
