Nothing but good words to say about zenith, really a shame to be leaving.

Would just like to make a note of the concierge service - both martins (tall and small) are the most friendly and helpful team. Nothing is ever too much a bother for them and they are extremely accommodating

Gerry (cleaner) keeps the place amazing!

Only moving out due to flat being sold but would stay in a heartbeat!

Quick response times, will fix issues in days not weeks.

They put my service charge up with 2 day’s notice to pay! Never give requested info! Won’t prove where discounts are given! A full on smoke and mirrors outfit

I am new to the blade tower and today I had my first issue while I was outside UK. Contacted Alex and he was really helpful. The issue was addressed in no time. Very swift and smooth. Thank you so much Alex

I have been liaising with both Emma Nicholson & Mathew Petit for a several months now in relation to a number of individual queries. Each time, my query has been responded to within 24 hours (often including weekends) and the query actioned or expedited to the relevant department. Incredible service and couldn't recommend them both highly enough. Tom

I had a few enquiries which needed responding too and the team provided swift and accurate responses to the questions. Special shout out to Mathew who was extra helpful over the email exchange.

This place is awful. Nothing in my building ever works and some things have been broken for years. Most of my buildings windows have never been washed including mine and if you criticise the staff working for them or question why things are bad they just remove you from their app.

There's huge security issues including someone's car recently being stolen from inside a carpark under the building that is supposedly under surveillance, apparently not.

Poorly run, always an excuse for things not being done.

Alex was very helpful on the phone and via email on an enquiry I had about a particular property! Very grateful for his time and attention to my query :)

If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst Building management - STEER CLEAR!! I've been in 2 buildings of theirs so far and they never care about the safety of people. Leave main doors and entrances broken for months, after complaints in SGI about MANY MANY stolen parcels from all blocks, there are still no proper cameras placed or any action taken. Soon something bad will happen to someone due to the complete and utter lack of security and care.

Maintainance was brilliant

We had horrible brown marks from a leak on our ceiling ,walls and peeling paint.
We reported the issue and it was booking in promptly.
Mac or Mat who came round to fix it managed to make it look like nothing had happened and now we dont have to excuse the mess when we have friends over.

I would like to leave a review specifically for Darrel at Victoria Residence. I am an Estate Agent in Manchester and have met many building managers in this job role but have never come across one as kind and helpful as Darrel. From the first interaction he was nothing but friendly and went above and beyond by giving me a tour of the building so I was aware of where all the amenities were before my viewings which he didn't have to do. He introduced me to other members of the team too and gave me what felt like a real VIP experience!! A fantastic guy who is an absolute credit to your business! 5 stars all round!!

Dreadful company. They don't get issues properly sorted. I would never rely my property to them.

Ineffectual and unresponsive. I have had a leak in my flat for 2.2 years coming through external cladding with black mold growing on my ceiling. Damage to ceiling, floor and adjacent walls. Had little to no movement from Zenith with zero communication. Appalling service.

They keep giving false meter readings and are awful at communication.

Had a great experience with them.
There was a leak coming from my flat which i didn't know about.
The Plumber that attended to look for it was polite and found the leak i no time at all and advised how to let my land lord know what needed to be done.
