No communication about having issues with the delivery. They are really poor and a 4-7 days delivery time has so far become a 15 working days target. Haven’t received my delivery yet!!

Shocking!! Wrong dates after confirmed messages, do not buy from these people. Should have been delivered three weeks ago so order is now cancelled.

Awful awful service. avoid them if you can. ordered a bed from sleep beds n 26 December and delivery changed multiple times and delivered today .. the men had no tools to dismantle existing bed even though I paid for that service. they also delivered the bed WITHOUT the headboard and were generally completely UNHELPFUL! Terrible company which I will NEVER use again

Terrible Service
We had to exchange the 1st bed as it was faulty.
We waited for the new bed to be delivered New Years Eve which was cancelled.
It was re-scheduled again for 5th January but the drivers didn't know how to assemble an ottoman bed so left all the pieces stacked up against my bedroom wall!
We were re-scheduled again for 9th but nobody turned up and with no notification! When they finally arrived on 12th Jan they had no tools so we had to supply them!!
Disgusting service and very unprofessional people to deal with. One of them entered my house looking down at his mobile phone!
Still waiting for the 10% compensation from Sleepbeds for the massive inconvenience.
Will never buy from them again as long as they use Zenith as their delivery drivers!

Ignore emails and don't answer the telephone. I ordered a bed that had a delivery of between 3 and 10 working days, Cant contact anyone to see why my delivery is not scheduled until 17/2/2025 as per their website

IVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR PROFESSIONAL FURNISHING OF APARTMENTS. IVE SPENT OVER £900 ON BEDS AND HAVE HAD DELIVERIES DELAYED AND CHANGED SEVERAL TIMES. AFTER REQUESTING TO CANCEL SO I COULD USE AN ALTERNATIVE SUPPLIER THEY SAID ID INCUR A 55% FEE.
MY LAWYER WILL BE IN TOUCH SHORTLY RE ORDER SB15115195 AND OTHERS IN MY INDUSTRY WILL BE WARNED TO AVOID.

DELIVERY FROM SLEEPBEDS
I had my delivery from SleepBeds through their delivery partner Zenithdeliverynetwork on Saturday afternoon and I couldn’t fault them in any way. Although the delivery time changed mid-morning we received a text to inform us of this. The bed was assembled as agreed and rubbish taken away.
When I read the other reviews on trustpilot I was a bit sceptical but fortunately our experience was what I expected.

I ordered my new bed from sleep beds on the 1st January 2025 and website states 5 to 10 days for delivery I also chose the in home assembly service as it was free. White glove specialist delivery scheduled for today Sunday 19th January with a 4 hour window and an aim to get to me by 2:30 confirmed by email.
I was home by 12 just in case they came early and checked the tracking details saying I was delivery number 11 of 13 today. At 5:12pm I checked again and the delivery team were on delivery no 9 so just two stops away from me. At 5:15pm I received a phone called from an Asian man claiming to be from the delivery team saying they had a problem and their van was currently on the back of a breakdown truck and they weren’t going to deliver my bed today. I am extremely disappointed as I have been sleeping on a mattress in the floor for over a week, because who keeps their old bed until the new one comes (no one)
Any way just out of curiosity I logged back into the tracking system and at it states the delivery team is now on drop 13 of 13 !!!??!
I’m absolutely livid to find out that the Asian man lied to me because now according to the system all deliveries except mine have been fulfilled, this is truly the most despicable behaviour I have received ever.
The fact of the matter is they’ve looked at the manifest and seen that I’ve chosen to have my bed assembled and it’s late and it’s dark and it’s going to take another hour and they simply cannot be bothered to do it!!
I’ll be calling sleep beds in the morning to complain about the appalling situation and to cancel my order and get a refund.
I’m also going to put in a FOI request regarding the breakdown. DO NOT BUY FROM SLEEP

Called sleep beds the retailer and after waiting 40 minutes in a queue finally spoke to an advisor. I expressed my intention to cancel the order and to get a refund, she did a quick check to see when the delivery was rescheduled for and she told me it would be no sooner than 3rd of February!!! I insisted on a refund and she then advised me that would also take between 10 and 20 days!!!
I am truly flabbergasted by the company who has taken my money and not delivered the goods. With absolutely no apology for the preposterously poor performance.
I wait with trepidation.

Ordered bed/mattress late December 2024 from Sleepbeds. Zenith delivery network delivery today, I was in no hurry for the bed. The two delivery guys were great, set up bed, cleared all rubbish away. Very happy.

Ordered from sleepbeds on 26th December and it says 3-10 days delivery on their website. Given a date of 14th Jan for delivery, which was then changed to 13th Jan. I rearranged important medical appointments to accomodate this (with a 9 day old newborn!) A delivery time was given of 7am to 10am, so got the old mattress off the bed and rearranged furniture to make room, then got a text saying it will be delivered between 8am and 11am.
11am hs come and gone and no further update. No response to texts, calls or emails. I log into their website and the delivery date is now saying 18th January!!!! Not acceptable and I will be getting a full refund and shopping elsewhere.

I had my delivery from SleepBeds through Zenith this morning and I couldn’t fault them in any way. They did the absolute impossible and fit this giant mattress up a very narrow staircase without damaging anything and being very careful. Unfortunately the bed parts did not fit but that’s to no fault of their own, if anything they spent over 10min trying to find angles and ways to make them fit.
When I read the other reviews I was a bit sceptical but Balwinder and his colleague were amazing and I hope when I replace the 2 parts of the bed with 4 parts (as very kindly advised by them) they will deliver them too.
Absolutely dire disgraceful useless company
Phone rings out trying to contact them emails unanswered we were bounced back with emails as address not in use! Only given one delivery date and actually told when we said we aren’t available that day well there’s nothing we can do REALLY! Not an independent company at all it belongs to the same disastrous company we bought the furniture item from! Who gives you 1 date for delivery with no flexibility or change available to their choice.

The men who deliver to my home were polite and respectful the problem was the length of time to deliver the bed delivered on the 6/1/25 order and paid for on the 9/12/74 on delivery the headboard was wet the men pointed this out .contacted the bed company told replacement would be sent the earliest delivery date 26/1/75 told not acceptable then told the delivery company would try to deliver on the 19th.if this is the best zenith can do two men and a hired van .I could have had one delivered by Amazon in a quarter of the time
Total Lack of Care
Well, i can clearly see i'm not the only one that has had a bad experience with these guys. Ordered a bed on 9 December with sleep beds with guaranteed delivery before Xmas. Message received from Zenith to say wouldn't be delivered until 30 December. I then received another message saying it was delayed further with a delivery date now of 4 January 2025, almost a month after ordering.
When they arrived, they didn't even have a screwdriver to attach the headboard so I had to scrabble around to find one at 7am!
The plastic around the mattress was filthy and they leant it against my daughter's new projection screen for her TV and is now ruined. Their response to this was to "stick it in the wash". This projection screen cost me £70 and it's ruined, i've had to put it in the bin. I'm not expecting to see a penny of that money, although i will try my damn hardest to get it.
One of the drawers was also broken on the bed! They said they would send a pic of it to Sleep Beds for a replacement. I don't think they have and have therefore taken my own pictures!
I would not recommend this delivery company to anyone.
