Zen Hair Extensions Arvostelua 

I feel that customer service is very impersonal. If we have a problem we can’t speak to anybody it’s just back-and-forth by email and then when we do send an email it doesn’t get read properly and very rarely are they ever answered regarding the questions that we have asked all they ask questions that we have already stated in our previous emails. I find it very frustrating. I have had a few sets of Hair and personally I believe the quality has not been good enough, I am then told we are not guaranteed, unless we use Zen‘s own shampoos and conditioners. With my other range of hair extensions. We use various ranges of shampoos depending on what the client wants , they are all hair extension friendly. So I now purchase the shampoos and conditioners to back up the hair that I purchase and yet i still have one set of hair that I still feel is extremely dry and not a great quality so unfortunately When I have tried to discuss this I get nowhere . There is always another reason for the problem.Other companies they work with me as a client and not against me so I am less likely to purchase from Zen as often as I may purchase from other extension companies.

So gratefull to use

Hair is not what it states on the packet, looked amazing for a week or so then after washing it was just a messy mass of tangle took about an hour to de-tangle. Also it is advertised on the packet as 100 % virgin human hair utip extensions however the reason it tangles is due to elastic nylon strands which curl around the hair. I have emailed and so has my hairdresser. It cost £400.00 to have put in and £300.00 for the extensions which were 22 inch long and the only thing they said they could do is for me to have half the hair removed after spending this much on it so they could test the batch as the batches come up differently per pack. Not ideal not about to pay again to get it removed and then again to have more in. I emailed back saying I was happy to send the hair that had come out trying to de-tangle but did not receive a reply back.

Cheap quality hair tangles and so dry also colour washes out! Never again will I waste my money on this company Avoid!!!

I got my first set from a hair show in London and they were gorgeous. I bought my second set online and they were rubbish! After a couple of washes they were dry, stuck together and felt awful! I complained and they said it was because I had not used Zen products (I did not with first set but did use sulphate free products) they offered 20% off another set and sent some free products and guess what?! Exactly the same experience!!! They have clearly changed supplier and I would not waste money on these ever again! Do not buy! For info:-They were fitted by a professional hair salon too.

Really gorgeous hair great quality after care products are lovely. The only thing i would say is i would love to see the nanos in the ultimate or luxury plus range so i can offer more of a variety to my clients

very low quality hair extensions , about 7 weeks since I bought them and put in , absolutely dead , fake hair . looks horrible , money spent :( very unhappy with them . also delivery service - worse in UK

I was recommended zen by my hairdresser, and honestly cant fault the hair that I have been wearing for the past 6 months! super helpful staff and easy to navigate app, just wish they done 24inch!

I love zen hair extensions. They have lots of different types and the colour range is amazing. I couldn't figure out what colour I am so I went into their headquarters and the staff were so friendly and helped me find the perfect match. I brought tapes that are meant to last 6-9 months and they are still as soft and shiny as when I brought them nearly a year later! I won't be using any other supplier and highly recommend them.

Been using Zen for years and they’re honestly the best around. You hear people say nagative things but it’s all down to bad aftercare. I love their stuff.
Only complaint is I have to pay £8 delivery every time I order.

I love using zen hair extensions! So glad they finally have an app it’s so much easier to use and it lets me know when my colour is out of stock

Recently changed over to zen. I had previously been using another well established extension supplier for my salon but had been unhappy with the service and hair. I am So glad I did, the hair is amazing and quick delivery! I’m also able to collect the hair too from their headquarters which is really helpful!

Company with great costumer service and great quality products. I just loved my hair extensions and aftercare products.

I cannot fault this company. I have been with zen for many years and the quality of there hair is fantastic! the girls in the office are professional and polite and a pleasure to speak to!

The quality of the hair is appalling !! How they can claim upto 9 months use -this is a joke. Avoid avoid - you will regret it otherwise. I’ve not even had these in for 9 weeks and they look awful. . I have always had extensions and Zen was suggested for the colour range - biggest mistake of my life !!
Same as others on here, I wish I had read the reviews before choosing this brand.

Awful quality hair and awful customer service, avoid at all cost.

Terrible hair and terrible customer service. After about a week of having the luxury tapes in my hair they began to look super frayed on the ends and the hair from the tapes began to fall out even though I’d been following correct aftercare advice. The hair itself was also extremely static, matted and unable to hold a curl. After spending a substantial amount of money on the hair I asked my hairdresser to contact Zen to see if there was anything they could do they asked for some hair back so it could be tested so we sent back 5 tapes. It then took them well over 10 days to get back to us only for them to blame my hairdresser for the way she cut them and my aftercare and all they could do was offer me some free aftercare products! I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the hair and I’ve now had to cut the hair to my natural length even though I paid more to have 22” in a last bid to get some more wear from them. I will never use this company again and would advise no one to ever buy from them in future.

Wish I’d read the reviews before I spent £200 on this hair. Absolutely horrendous. After one wash its snapping 4 inches at a time. I never had such bad quality hair. I was trying these out to use them for my clients. No way will I take that risk.

This is the worst hair extension I have worked with for 20 years, is a synthetic hair bad condition tangle after one wash had to take it of from my client hair immediately, this is a Chinese hair not worst a penny wasting time and effort, customer service is the worst being trained how to deal with clients issue asking to many questions regarding what shampoo add on this hair, conditioning, if you straighten the hair or not, going to swim with this hair or not ext... looks they want the client staying at home when using this kind of BAD CHEAP ZEN HAIR EXTENSIONS. What a joke. I'm a manager and director of hair and beauty salon in London with 20 years experience with hairdressing industry I won't recommend these company to anyone. I have lost few clients never turned back to my salon because ZEN HAIR EXTENSION. I have attached some photos on google for the confirmation. WHO'S NEXT!!
