THis is my first time trying this, I accidently accepted the video call from some moron and when I tried to end the call it won't let me end it untill and unless I make a payment wth! so in panic I restarted my phone, no safety and oh for texting charges, for listening to voice message charges, for everything! morons!

Scam!!! Since I speak Chinese I was able to communicate with a few people, so it seems legit but not too sure, but they charged me 20 dollars for the first day and I was more than willing to pay for a few credits but they tried to charge me 15 Dollars for 20 credits (each interaction is 1 credit) on the second day.Thanks, good the bank didn't allow it. also, they show pics of guys wearing suits but all the live chats are guys wearing sweatshirts in what look like sweaty places.not even free codes or anything so, People RUN!!!!!

Offer to different apps instead of Zendate and they can't do with Instgrams, facebook or tiktok even EVEN not in the email. I was like something it is not right. So I did paid for subscription and I found out they are double fee for credits and almost took of my account bank. I was like what the heck. That's it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND do not sign this up! Unreal and rip off!

Worst ever. Should have done my due diligence and looked up the ratings first.

I asked several of them for Instagram and they all declined which wouldn’t make sense for these extremely attractive people not to have one. That made me think. The people are real, but I believe this is an agency where they model and get paid to talk to single Americans. It’s a scam. They will never actually date you. It’s some sort of s*x work ring.

It's Ridiculously over priced for just the monthly membership and THEN they charge you for EVERY message you send and EVERY message you read, EVERY pic you look at is another charge. Just...everything. And not a little charge either! Like $20! To send a FEW messages. Gl trying to get ANYONE on there to talk to you on any other app or email as well. So it makes me a lil sus about the people that are on there.
Now when your ready to get off this money sucking site...GOOD LUCK!! You have to get APPROVAL from customer support to delete your account AND to stop payment (if you signed up by card and not PayPal or 3rd party). Oh and just TRYING to get ahold of customer support was a JOKE!!!!!!!!! Calling the number just gave me a machine that told me to leave a message after the beep...for which there was none because it hangs up on you. Live chat was the SINGLE most anxiety inducing thing ever. Because some REAL genius over there whom I'm SURE has had SOOOOO much experience in this 🙄, thought it was a GRAND idea that when trying to talk to customer support, that instead of being able to type and reply to customer support, you have to deal with the endless pop ups of "reply?" Or "start video call?" IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BOX. But I have to talk to customer service for their APPROVAL to cancel! And if I accidentally hit BACK in frustration, it kicks me out of the HUMAN customer support session I was in and now we get to start all... over... again... honestly, im surprised I didn't pick up a smoking habit after all that ffs... oh and at 5a.m., I finally got a callback from customer support from when I was TRYING to cancel my payments so it wouldn't renew...by which time it was too late. So it was like I had to pay to cancel the membership. Ya... there's no words to how much I wanted to just throw 13 gallons of glitter around their ENTIRE offices after that fiasco. Let them go sparkle their annoying BS booties off for the rest of eternity. 😏 Ah to dream!

I've never posted a bad review on Trustpilot before but in this case I clearly have to. It seemed funny to me when the first thing I read on the website when registering was "our members are not robots", it sounded so fishy. But I tried it and... It is only robots on this platform.
As a female you'll receive many many messages of men with cheesy sentences like "Do you want a young executive chairman as your future love ?", "Are you ready to fall in love with me?", or "Every street I walk with you is a beautiful memory" etc. Bruh, at least say Hello first.
Some have less cheesy line but you can only answer once and can't see their second message without paying a subscription (which is not cheap and has no trial), so you can't even check if the answer is coherent.

I read a review on Trustpilot that says that women get paid on the app ?? It's false, you can literally do nothing without paying, whether you're a man or a woman. The only thing you can do is update you profile and post your pictures.
Which I don't recommend doing because I feel like they will use our pictures for new fake accounts, which is terribly annoying. I deleted mine and pray not to find them used by someone else online.

Also, I clearly turned off the e-mail notifications and guess what... They spam me as if it was on.

So please stay as far as possible to this website/application. If you registered, please do not pay for it. And remember to delete all your pictures and then delete your account.

I am surprised that USA allows such companies to build a platform where everything is done to make you spend a lot of money with zero guarantee and zero results after to spend hundreds of dollars. I explain my vision because on their policies Zendate.com advise their customers that they can exchange personal contacts through a video chat or a gift ( roses for more 100 dollars for exemple or gold and diamond rings). Guess what some women are never online and the ones online never share their contacts even after telling you that you are the man of their dreams and they want for sure to meet you one day …when ..no answer. So after to sign up you would be manipulated by some messages with some beautiful promises and faltering compliments and sexy pictures the time to realize you are in a catch. In USA with services a law exist and by a payment you sign a contract that both parts must comply so why the dating websites never respect these contracts with fake profiles who are fake products. I understand why they never offer a payment through PayPal for exemple because otherwise everybody would request a refund. I supply the FBI in USA to go over hundred of dating websites located there and taking millions from worldwide customers. It's a criminal system well known from everybody. Surprise this website was named chinalove.com which was created in 1993 and then was re branded as zendate.com. A new virginity why? too many complains?

Moving to a new address, I asked Zen to proved a landline and broadband,

They took my money quick enough, but that wall they did,

On moving the new address, I expected router be waiting and ready to go. They certainly enough notice to have thr broadband up and ready.

So I phoned them to ask them what was happening. After 15 minutes they answered. First red flag. They then informed in jargon that they couldn’t supply my order as the previous supplier, Vodaphone, refused to lose the contract due to issues with previous occupant, Not my problem.

They never informed me of this. Not an email saying welcome to Zen.

I had to suffer being passed from one person to another, each with at least ten minutes wait. I suspect this is deliberate to get you off the. Phone.

How the hell Which found this company good baffles me. My experience was anything but. All I got was technical waffle about third parties that I must contact. Yet another company that wants you to do their jobs.

In the end I cancelled the contract and asked for a refund. We’ll see how quickly they process as they are in breach of contract. It is breathtaking that they take your money quick enough, but after that you don’t hear dicky bird.

If there was a zero rating, they would have it for me. All these morons are interested in his milking Westerners of money. Half of the women on there are bots they’re not even real.
