Product purchases were way beyond expectations!
Shipping was really great

Update - Phillip with Zen House contacted me regarding the broken bracelet mentioned in my original review. He proactively offered to replace it and ship for a small fee ( because it was purchased more than 30 days prior). I’m willing to pay the shipping cost when an offer to replace is made without my even making a request to do so! Nice experience.

I love all bracelets ordered in recent months. However they don’t seem to be rigorous enough to withstand putting on/taking off everyday. One has broken and beads scattered everywhere - no way to repair. :(

I dion’t remember what I bought, but the experience was very good.

The colors I needed were available.

I like wearing the them....although I will not purchase any more bracelets with the string closure. The loose bead at the end of the gets in the way hanging.

I ordered the bracelets because they were very pretty. I received them very quickly. I got lots of compliments on them. I love them!

Excellent product and speedy delivery. That is it!

Awesome bracelet. Fast shipping. Put them on when I received them and haven't taken them off...

My granddaughter has anxiety’s bad and I am hoping it will help her.

The color and quality is just what I expected it to be. Will definitely be ordering again.

The necklace piece was just as beautiful in person as it appeared on the website. That is a high-quality that would make me a repeat customer.

delivery was quick.

I had an amazing experience with this company . I received my first package and one of the bracelets were broken . I emailed the company and Phillip got back tome instantly and sent me a replacement . I will definitely suggest this company to my friends and family .

Very nice. I love my bracelets

I like the bracelets I received. I do believe the description as was advertised.

Still haven’t received my order. Inquired two days ago & learned it had never been shipped.

I have ordered fm Zencrafthouse a few times now. I am never disappointed. Their jewelry is well made and definite conversation pieces. And it's reasonably priced.

I love the bracelets and the owl/tree of life necklace that I bought. They both look exactly as shown online. Would order from them again!
