I love everything about the box. I do think the selenite plate could be a little larger so it would be bigger than the bracelets

It's PLASTIC
I purchased a bracelet that is supposed to be pure opal. I was so excited when it arrived today but upon opening the package and inspecting the bracelet, it's definitely NOT opal or any other crystal, it's plastic! So totally disappointed! How can they advertise falsely like that? I've contacted the company asking for a FULL refund and will update here accordingly.

Vastaus yritykseltä Zencrafthouse
Hi Emma, I am sorry for this confusion. This bracelet is made of Opalite - a man-made crystal, but definitely not plastic. Although the crystal is not made by nature, it still holds healing properties and spiritual meanings that support positive, new beginnings and manifestations.. If you want to return it for a refund, please contact us via our website and we will assist you.
It was all good

You did a bracelet I have been waiting to find!
You did a good job showing exactly what the product look like. Delivery was good. I would have liked a better description of what it was made of and how tolerant of water it is

Amethyst Endless Calm Boho Bracelet
The items as shown on the website are different than what is delivered in terms of color. The Amethyst Endless Calm Boho Bracelet as shown on the website has a deep purple stone. The bracelet I received has a very pale stone. I realize it will not be exact but it should be close.

Hi Maureen, as natural amethyst stone is used, each bracelet is unique in color and may not look the same as the picture, however its healing energy remains the same. It's OK, would you like to exchange it for one that looks closer to the picture?
Loved my bracelets, very beautiful!
