I orders shoes and it’s been 1 month and haven’t received anything!!! I emailed them about my boots and no response!!

It’s all a fraud I order shoes over a month ago and haven’t seen nothing not even a tracking number and you can get a hold of them

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Never shipped. No return emails when I requested an update. Scam

Same issues as others. Bought shoes from Zellani 4/11/2026. Seller never shipped them. They responded to my first inquiry with but then stopped replying to subsequent inquiries. Disputed charge with my cc company. For what it's worth these faux-sellers seem to like using Instagram. For me, I am no longer buying anything via Instagram

I ordered a pair of shoes Nike Mind 002 shoes on April 1, 2026. They have yet to arrive. They did send me a notification that a shipment was received (actually, the shipping company sent me the notification), which included pictures of the delivery to my front door (correct address). However, the shipment turned out to be 3-D printing wire (1 spool, green). When I sent them a picture of the wire, they offered to have me pay 1/2 off on another pair of shoes. I wouldn't buy anything from Zelanni ever. There is no person. There is only what appears to be an ineffective AI responding to e-mail. When I refused that offer, I have yet to hear back. I would caution anyone considering doing business with Zelanni to think twice about it.

I ordered 2 pair of Nike shoes 6 weeks ago and I have sent several emails from asking the whereabouts of my order, to sending me a tracking number to asking for a refund all of which went unnoticed and unanswered. This company is the ultimate scammers out there, PLEASE PEOPLE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS... WHY THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS TODAY IS BEYOND MY WILDEST IMAGINATION, THEY WILL BE REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTORITIES BY THE END OF BUSINESS TODAY, IM SICK AND TIRED OF ALL THEIR LIES AND BULLSHIT

Trying to return something is a nightmare, don't bother with this website. I bought some Nike shoes that were too big. I simply emailed them to return. They tried to get me to order another size at 50% of the original cost. When I declined, they asked me to send a bunch of pictures of the shoes. They just make you jump through hoops to make the process difficult. I'm still waiting to see if they will even respond to my latest e-mail.

Ordered shoes. Months later they still haven't arrived. Every time i reach out the send me a tracking number that doesn't even exist or an order number that their own site says isn't valid. When I ask for a refund they say " your package will be there in the next couple of days". They send scripted and false replies. I finally received the shoes, month late, dirty and do not smell like a new shoe at all, but more like a cleaning chemical. Now they aren't replying to me anymore.

These people are criminals don't buy anything order shoes arrived after a month they sent wrong size i email them their ok you keep the size that doesn't fit which was their mistake and I provided proof and I pay 40% for the right size so pay 140% for what I ordered originally. Not a sorry and now they dissappear and payment company that does bizz with these people should be ashamed avoid like the plague
