ZAYFA Arvostelua

Found this site via google looking for long sunnah compliant swimming shorts, sent a few messages asking for sizing guidance which were always answered politely and accurately, so i ordered 3 small and 3 medium, had to return the smalls for mediums which was free and now i have 6 pairs of excellent swimming shorts for a great price. The service was top notch, thank you, Huz!

It was pretty good

Return agreed and shipping label provided and not being accepted at inpost locker. No replies to emails

Alhamdullilah good brand for something that is neccesary for islam.

Speedy delivery on item bought at discounted price.

Excellent customer service

communication and updates excellent, only aspect of service that led to 4 stars is their choice of (unethical) courier: Amazon.

everything went well

Good service, varrived on time and great product quality.
Just would have liked the length a bit longer. So when sitting down they don't show the awrah.

High quality product and service - great value for money too! Will definitely shop again.

Halal swimwear delivered as promised and support team responded promptly.

I recently got the swimming shorts, they are amazing. I love that they have zips for the side pockets 🩵.
I am happy with the quality of the product :)
I am 6ft5 and the shorts fits me well.

General feedback about the product line up: can u please look into introducing 100% Cotton base products for tall or regular people such 3/4 shorts, joggers etc

JazakaAllah

Needed longer length swimming shorts for my son. It was a no brainer ordering from Zayna again. Excellent product and super fast delivery. Highly recommend.

Great shorts, over the knee and compliant with Shariah.

Excellent communication.
Clear and timely updates on delivery delays.
Offered refunds and compensation for delays.
I love their modest swimwear. It’s exactly what I have been looking for. Great quality. I own 3 now.

Thanks I have received very good quality Swimsuits products

Ordered from here several times. Delivery has always been prompt. Quality has always been great. I will continue to purchase as and when needed.

The carrier who delivered the parcel left the parcel in an inappropriate place, which was even stated on the tracking info !!! Consequently, I did not end up with the original sent goods but Customer Service at Zayfa were prompt in apologising and sending out a replacement that I received within a couple of days.

Judging when things go right is one thing but being able to judge when something has gone wrong and quick restorative action resolves the issue is another. A high recommendation is well earned and well deserved.
