I wouldn’t even give it 1 star this site is an absolute con. Bought a hoodie for my daughter paid £9 postage and it is nothing like the picture on the site. It is made of a cheap shiny material with the name ‘scruffers’ kind of printed on. Not even worth going to a charity shop. Tried to email for a refund tried different addresses no answer whatsoever. I wish I looked on trust pilot before I threw £30 at some low life people claiming this is decent online store. Absolutely disgraceful. Wish I could share pictures of it.

Do NOT buy from them. I bought my daughter a Scuffers Hoodie for Xmas and it arrived after a long wait and was a chap, awful material with a printed Scuffers on it. Sooo clearly fake. Paid £9 for postage too!! Daughter very disappointed as am I. They should be ashamed of themselves!!! Emailed twice but no response.

Lange Wartezeit, falsche Lieferung und dazu noch Schnitte im Pullover. Keine Reaktion auf auf Mails mit der Forderung nach Reklamation bzw nach Rückzahlung meines Geldes

Took ages to come. When products did arrive they were of very poor quality and clearly fake. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Do not buy from here. The hoodie I bought was of an awful quality and size was nowhere near as stated. It'd tried contacting them for a full refund via their website and emails without any response.

Arnaque, sweat reçu rien à voir avec les images, qualité horrible, aucune réponse pour le retour.

J’ai commandé un Sweat qui m’est bien parvenu, cependant, dans le colis se trouvait un sweat différent de celui que j’avais commandé. Je l’ai signalé à Zayalo qui me laisse sans réponse depuis plus d’un mois malgré des mails que j’envoie toutes les semaines.
Une vraie arnaque, ce site!!!

Acquistato il 17 novembre , arrivato dopo un mese .
Pessima qualità , diverso da quello ordinato , non rispondono alle mail per fare il reso .

Ho ordinato una felpa per mia figlia, ci ha messo un mese per arrivare, ma la qualità é pessima, colore sbiadito, sintetica, trasparente, al tatto dura come la plastica e puzza di petrolio.
Come da loro procedura ho inviato una mail chiedendo di poter fare il reso a mie spese, non mi hanno mai risposto.
Non consiglio di acquistare da questo sito.

Ordered an embroidered Scuffers hoodie, cost me £23 plus £9 shipping, from a link my daughter sent - took weeks to arrive and what arrived would be left on the shelf at a cheap knock off market. Nylon hoodi, with a printed logo. Email contact is an Outlook address - that should have been a sign!!

Awful company. Do not waste your time or money. Took forever to arrive and a horrific fake arrived that I wouldn’t be seen dead in! Numerous emails to arrange return within the “30 days return period” and surprise surprise they’re ignoring them!
It would actually be less annoying if they’d actually just stolen my money and sent nothing!

Quick to take the money, deliver wrong item and not respond to refund email requests. Took 30 days to deliver item too. Quality poor too.

I see from other reviews, everyone is experiencing the same issue. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY / WEBSITE. This is a pure SCAM. Fake, poor quality, 100% polyester top arrived, very late. They do not respond when this is brought to their attention, and will therefore not I am sure be refunding my money. Absolute disgrace!!

Non comprate,arriva dopo un mese e poi un straccio, e diverso,materiale scadende,più plastica una esperienza brutta.
