I recently registered with Zauca to develop our company website. They assigned Mr Jyotirmoy as the developer. He is such a professional and technically sound person. He did a great job in developing our website and made it live as per the schedule. Every time I came up with minor changes he listened to it carefully and patiently and incorporated the changes. I really appreciate his quality of work and zauca as a company are very professional and managed my request from day one in a professional manner.
Also it is worth mentioning about the demo sessions the developer gave and the clarifications sessions and numerous phone calls he did from his side to ensure all doubts are cleared to my satisfaction.
Thanks a lot Zauca and Jyotirmoy for giving me such a professional and quality output. Thank you

If I could give half star, I would. That was absolute the bad service experience I ever had. Absolutaly disappointed with zauca.

Poor after sales service ..

Shayantika the sales promised us to give SEO credentials but they are not giving us the same now ..

As we tried to complain they are acting us with shutting down the website ..

This is very scary and unethical ..

This was experince from someone I know personally.
He had Poor experience and unprofessional conduct from the employees shayantika and lima .. When the things get out if hand insted of working on it thye scare to shut down the website and creat issues for the customer

After service is doubtful ..

When I asked them to give me access to Wordpress as I have to do seo from other party they tarted asking me extra money .. which is not ethical ..
the sales lady shayantika and project manager Lima also scared me to shut down the website which is like a blackmail is I put my reviews ..
I guess even putting a review is also not clients right as per them ..

Absolutely a gem of a company when it comes to service. No doubt about it at all. The team took care of me in every step I made while they made my website. Jyothirmoy was the man. He was humble and genuine in his approach while dealing with my website and went on out of the box to create a wonderful product for me. I recommends him very highly. Good luck Jyothirmoy
