Zari is an amazing teacher & an expert in her field. I first met Zari back in 2023 when I decided to undergo some Reiki healing, I was sceptical at first but straight away being in Zari's company I instantly felt at ease & was able to enjoy my treatment, so much so I decided to do level 1 Reiki 6 months later with Zari as my Reiki Master & have since completed level 2 this year. Zari is so knowledgeable & is a truly calming & caring soul.

I have attended Zari's various classes when I've felt like i needed an emotional or spiritual pick me up & just recently yesterday I attended the Nervous System Reset & Heart Awakening with Cacao, Breath, TRE & Sound class which was so relaxing & much needed after the week at work!

Zari truly is one of the nicest people I have met & is so genuine & down to earth. She is brilliant at what she does & I would 100% recommend Zari to anyone wanting to explore some wellness/healing.

My wife and i have worked with Zari on a few occasions now and we find her healing modalities very efficient for releasing stored stress and trauma in the body. Zari has a very warm and compassionate way of working with clients. During the last session a few people commented on how they felt safe in Zari's presence. Safety and grounding are foundations for healing and Zari has nailed it. I cannot recommend enough working with Zari and her therapeutic resources for any unresolved trauma. The body knows what to do we just need setting and guidance to let it do it's work.

Zari is an incredibly intuitive and supportive healer and practitioner. I first visited her for Reiki in 2022, and was honestly quite skeptical at the time - however she has been instrumental in guiding me through what has now been years of healing and subtle but substantial energy shifts. She never pushed but always seemed to sense when I was ready and open for the next step.. Reiki, TRE (Trauma Release Exercise), Cacao ceremonies and Breathwork.. it’s been a beautiful journey and I’m so thankful for her guidance.
