ZARA HOME Arvostelua 

Bought two chairs and a footstool. The latter turned up but the chairs are nowhere. Their WhatsApp chat is hopeless. A bot auto answers and pushes you to a human that never answers. If you spend £1k you expect more in my opinion.

Esperienza gravissima con Zara Home.
Ho effettuato un reso regolarmente ricevuto dal loro magazzino l’8 ottobre 2025. Da quel momento, nessun rimborso.
Alla data del 5 gennaio 2026 sono trascorsi 89 giorni, a fronte dei 14 giorni previsti dalla legge per l’emissione del rimborso.
Ho inviato quattro diffide formali (22 ottobre, 4 novembre, 5 dicembre e 15 dicembre 2025) senza ottenere alcun rimborso né una risposta risolutiva.

Il servizio clienti ha fornito informazioni contraddittorie, arrivando ad affermare che il rimborso non fosse possibile per una presunta pratica PayPal “aperta”, nonostante la pratica fosse chiusa e PayPal non abbia effettuato alcun rimborso.
Risultato: né PayPal né Zara Home hanno restituito l’importo dovuto.
Un comportamento inaccettabile per un’azienda di queste dimensioni.

Me parece horrible la gestión de atención al cliente. No dan solución, alargan el problema hasta realizar devolución. Muy descontenta. 15 días esperando respuesta para un envío y nada. Funciona fatal.

Very dissapointed in Zara home

I have been on the waiting list for a rug with Zara Home, and as it came available, I placed the order immediately. The rug arrived with a stain on it, and I reached out to customer service where they informed me that the rug was out of stock again. As the rug had come in stock, and then as I purchased it, it was immediately back out of stock, I assume this rug was returned by someone, and then they sent it to me.

The fact that it was returned is understandable, as it is a black stain on the edge of the rug, which will be difficult to get out.

Even though the stain is there, we really do love the rug, and I asked Zara Home if they would partially refund me, or send me a discount for a future purchase. They replied to me that the company policy is that they never offer discounts on damaged products, but they are happy to offer me free shipping on my next order. This rug costs €620, and Zara home feel it’s okay to give me a €3,95discount, or a €19 discount on my future purchase depending on the weight of the order. I do understand companies have policies, however, I have made purchases for almost 5K in the last few years with Zara home, and never returned a product because it was damaged, even though they are not always perfect. I really think Zarah Home should check the customer lifetime value of their actual customers. Picking up a damaged rug and restocking it cost a lot more than offering a discount for a customer that spends significant amounts. I’m truly disappointed in this customer service, as they clearly don’t value a good customer. I can easily order items from ‘the white company’, ‘West Wing’, or other furniture stores, who would happily refund me or offer me a discount if an item was broken. I will be doing so in the future. I loved being a customer of Zarah home, but I will not accept being treated like this.

Leider sehr enttäuscht. Ich war sehr treue Kundin von Zara Home. Ich komme ja aus Spanien und kenne dort den Laden. Sie waren immer sehr korrekt und professionell, bis ich etwas kaputtes zurückschicken musste. Sie haben mich garantiert eine Rückerstattung… ich sehe seit drei Monaten nichts, keine Rückmeldung, kein Geld.
Schade… sehr schade

Les compré un sillon muy bonito hace unos meses. Actualmente está como si hubiesen pasado varios años. Muy mala calidad de los materiales.

Es una pena comprobar que una marca a la que se le supone profesionalidad y prestigio tiene una atención al cliente penosa.
Hice una compra el 28 de noviembre indicando al realizarla que me llegaría el 1 de diciembre,me he puesto en contacto con su "chat" 3 veces no me han hecho ningún caso. Hoy he contactado por Whatsapp y ni caso.

Realicé una compra de varios artículos on-line y nunca la he recibido. Me considero estafada. Advierto que no compren en esa página online de Zara Home con descuentos y que se publica mucho en Facebook y Pinterest. Son estafas y no sé cómo se permite en el tiempo.

Jeg modtog aldrig hele min ordre på trods af, at Zara Home modtog fuld betaling. Jeg har adskillige gange kontaktet dem for at få eftersendt de manglende produkter, men samtlige henvændelser bliver ignoreret. Jeg har dermed betalt for produkter, jeg aldrig har fået, hvilket betyder, at Zara Home reelt har stjålet fra mig.

Katastrophe!!!! Der kurier wäre angeblich schon zum 10. mal angefordert sein aber die Mitarbeiter helfen da null. Die Kommunikation ist das letzte, jeder sagte mir was anderes.
Nie wieder !

Zara Home no, aunque lo parece, la empresa de transporte.

Es la tercera vez que opino porque estoy desesperada. El 9 de noviembre hice un pedido, eran dos paquetes y me entregaron uno, supuse que el otro llegaría al día siguiente y estamos a 20. Cientos de reclamaciones de las que Zara Home hace oídos sordos, solo cacarea lo que le "informa" la citada empresa, que sistemáticamente ACTUALIZA DÍA A DÍA LA ENTREGA QUE NO HA EFECTUADO, y Zara Home tan contenta y sin dar ni media explicación ni reponer una MERCANCÍA QUE ESTÁ PAGADA. Si eso no es un timo que venga Dios y lo vea.
Estoy considerando poner una denuncia.

Anfang Oktober einen zerbrochenen Spiegel erhalten und seither immer nur die Ankündigung erjhalten, dass dieser abgeholt wird. Dies ist nicht passiert, sitze hier mit einem zerbrochenen Spiegel und warte auf mein Geld! Schlechtester Kundenservice aller Zeiten!
Ich bestelle NIE wieder bei Zarahome oder Zara. IM Laden ist der Service auch so unterirdisch und das Personal in Deutschland mehr als unfreundlich. Ich meide dieses Unternehmen zukünftig und rate allen davon ab dort zu bestellen. Sehe es als Diebstahl an, jemandem kaputte Sachen zu schicken und das Geld nicht zurückzugeben.

Products arrived in the next day (Portugal). A bit expensive but I think worth it (with the exception with bedwear - the quality is not that good)

I wouldn't like to guess how much money I have spent with this business. It was my favourite homeware store for so long. The customer service has been absolutely abysmal for some time but it has now got to the point where they are openingly STEALING from their loyal customers. Repeatedly refusing and failing to refund for items not delivered nearly two months ago. I wonder how often they are doing this. The bleeps need to be shut down and locked up. Scum absolute scum.

De betaalde items worden gewoon niet geleverd. Ik ben nu meer dan een maand verder en krijg soms een mailtje dat het onderweg is. Het telefoonnummer van de klantenservice werkt met een bandje dat het niet mogelijk is mij te woord te staan. Het mailadres van de klantenservice is fake. Ik kreeg mijn mail direct terug. Net als alle andere revieuwers zeg ik: Trap er niet in!
