Do not use this company. They basically stole $3000 from me. They sent medication they could not verify is safe from a pharmacy that was under investigation. Customers have been shorted product, had skin reactions, have medication that isn’t effective, are charged repeatedly and do not receive their product. Please go somewhere else. Biggest mistake ever. They have refused to refund, refused to stand behind sending fake/unsafe product, and do not respond to their customers. Please don’t make th same mistake I did. Out $3000 for it.

I have used a few compound providers and Zappy by far is the most professional provider I've encountered yet. Their website is extremely user friendly and provide a great deal of content regarding the meds, a food journal and exercise recommendations. I’m requesting a refund for my 3 month supply of compound tirzepatide 15mg.
The pharmacy you are partnering with, Ousia, does not have the appropriate license to distribute compounded tirzepatide in the state of South Carolina. Their claim of utilizing other 503b pharmacies is not substantiated. Public records from the Florida Department of Health indicate they lack the necessary sterile compounding license or permit.
If my understanding is incorrect, please provide the relevant permit number for verification. However, I must emphasize that this is not a matter for debate, nor do I wish to engage with Ousia directly, as my invoice and contract are with Zappy Health.
Please confirm the refund of my order within 48 hours. If I do not receive confirmation, I will be forced to initiate a chargeback with my credit card provider. I strongly advise processing the refund promptly to recover any amounts tendered to Ousia.
I also encourage Zappy Health to thoroughly review its partnerships and improve due diligence in selecting pharmacy providers. Partnering with entities that do not meet licensing requirements risks not only patient trust but also broader access to affordable compounded medications. Instances like this could easily be used by pharmaceutical companies to justify limiting the compounding of GLP-1 injectables altogether.

Horrible and dishonest company. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. This company screwed hundreds if not thousands of people out of there hard earned money all in the name of greed and unethical business practices. They contracted with Ousia pharmacy who did not have a sterile compounding license and sent people medicine that is potentially unsafe to inject. Instead of making this right what do they do? Nothing except say oh well. Oh and they block you from their chat if you file a chargeback. It’s really sad that some people including a few elderly people spent the last of their savings at hopes for a life changing medicine to be messed over. I hope this issue continues to escalate and they are criminally held accountable!!!
