Excellent costumer service. Quick response. Very pleased so far with Zappy

Zappy chose an unlicensed pharmacy to distribute medications and now refuses to give refunds to customers who received these unsafe medications. Dr Michael deletes any comment on the telehealth forum that questions the company or points this out. After receiving these meds from an UNLICENSED pharmacy, which violates their terms of service and puts my health at risk, all they've offered me is more medication that they want me to pay for again.

Great service

Signed up for a month to month plan at $149 a month and then the second month they started charging me more than double the price. They said it was because of a discount code I used the first month, which I did not use. I have proof of my original plan price I signed up for and they still disregarded and said they don’t offer refunds - also their website says they do offer refunds if you are unhappy with the service and this is a lie.

I received courteous and quick service from Zappy with my recent order! Lisa with Zappy went above and beyond to assist me and followed up to ensure I had been taken care of properly.

This is my second review of dishonest Zappy Health. They are the Temu of telemed services and you can find better elsewhere, I promise you. They pay for positive reviews and posts by discounting their products to the blinded sheep and ban those who provide honest feedback. I am one of their customers who trusted them, but was forced to receive medication from an unlicensed pharmacy who has illegally shipped to my state without me knowing they lacked the proper credentials. Zappy chose the pharmacy with their doctor who provided me my Tirzepatide medication. This is all public knowledge, simply google Zappy Health and Ousia Pharmacy and the results will tell you what you need to know, not these tons of fake 5 star reviews. Zappy Health prioritizes shady practices over the true health of their patients, if they didn’t I would already have my legally earned refund since the product is not as advertised. It’s only a matter of time before they go out of business as they deserve to be out of business asap.

Additionally, although I am a current patient who simply wants to exchange these unknown vials for a reputable legal pharmacy, Zappy has blacked me out of the chat functions in the app, meanwhile they are offering huge discounts to the other patients who have not complained (those who write these fake 5 star reviews here). Meanwhile they could have simply refunded those who asked and parted ways cordially and by the way, Ousia Pharmacy has been reported to multiple State Boards of Pharmacy and voluntarily relinquished their license last week (the incorrect one since they never held a sterile computing license). Again, Google is your friend - don’t fall for the okie doke! Avoid Zappy at ALL costs!!!!!

Sent me medication from an unlicensed pharmacy, which has now been closed down. Refused to refund me.

They give me a bill without the 100$ off from the promo I provided. So I do text to chat and ask them what's up? Been 4 days now and no response.

I had an issue with my order. I received resolution promptly.

Customer service was always available! My products not to me yet but I’m excited to start using the medicine!

I placed an order for tirzepatide which I’ve been on. I had 0 results for 4 weeks which is so odd so I don’t believe it was the real stuff. I’ve been trying to cancel my order for 2 weeks and no one has emailed or messaged me back. Today my account was debited $349. I received an email stating I needed to cancel it within the last 72 hours. I have been trying and no one would respond until today, right after they debited my account. I cannot believe what a dishonest company this is. I’m sick over it. I hope no one does business with them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are many reputable companies to get meds from - this is NOT one of them. Do your research - they are currently dealing with thousands of angry customers due to their complete disregard to providing safe medication. Google Ousia/Zappy Health and then decide if your health is worth risking dealing with them. After spending $2600 on medication that turned out to be from Ousia - a compounding pharmacy that is NOT licensed...Zappy refused to return/replace the meds and refused to issue a refund - I had to spend a month and countless hours disputing the charge with my credit card company. It was a success and I was refunded...I was a lucky one. Do NOT do business with Zappy or Ousia.

Easy to complete forms.

Easy transaction. Meds received within one week. The Tirzepitide compound is working as expected and feels like magic!

Zappy Health failed to perform their due diligence and partnered with an unlicensed pharmacy to fulfill my compounded tirzepatide. They failed to complete even the most basic verification to ensure the the pharmacy was even licensed to compound the medication. As they have noted in their responses to other reviews “ In December 2024, we learned that one of our former pharmacy partners, Ousia Pharmacy, was under investigation by the Florida Department of Health regarding licensing and compliance issues. Upon discovering this, we immediately ended our relationship with Ousia to prioritize patient trust and safety.”

However, what they fail to mention is that they’ve done nothing to make this situation right with the hundreds/thousands of patients that received counterfeit medication from the pharmacy they partnered with. We have lost all trust in this company. The Florida Department of Health has advised not to use this illicit / adulterated medication. Many of us are out multiple thousands of dollars with medication that is unsafe to use. They not only refuse to provide refunds or replacement medication from a licensed a pharmacy, but also have refused to communicate to anyone who has questioned or complained about the issue. It is also impossible to connect with a licensed healthcare provider regarding any issues - they have dropped the ball on patient care in an egregious way.

Well, the first thing I noticed was how EASY it was to find info re: cost of meds, plans and membership (some sites make you search for their prices, others have surprise membership fees). The sign up was quick and, before I knew it, my meds were here! I'm following my consultant's tracking suggestions and am feeling optimistic...almost zappy!
