Great Experience with Zapmail Technical Support Team
I had a great experience with Zapmail’s customer support. I ran into a technical issue, and their team responded immediately, set up a meeting, and spent almost an hour with me until the problem was fully resolved.
It turned out the issue was not with the tool itself, but with my VPN setup. Two excellent specialists, Somesh Naruka and Athithian Veerapandiyan, were incredibly patient, helpful, and professional throughout the process. They not only fixed the issue, but also took the time to teach me how to troubleshoot it myself.
I really appreciate their support and dedication. Thank you, Somesh and Athithian, for the outstanding help.

They have a referral program
They have a referral program, and I already referred someone who signed up, but it still didn’t appear on my referral dashboard. I contacted their support team and was told, “Hello, as you can see on the dashboard, you have purchased a Growth Plan and an add-on plan for 42 mailboxes. Because of this, the mapping could not be completed, since only monthly Zapmail mailbox plans and pre-warmed mailbox purchases are eligible. Annual subscriptions, quarterly subscriptions, domains, aged domains, renewals, add-ons, or upgrades do not qualify.”
I checked the Q&A section, and this information is not mentioned there. They then said it is included in their terms and conditions. Honestly, who reads the terms and conditions? They should simply add it to the Q&A so referrers are aware of it beforehand. Otherwise, people only find out after they have already referred someone and not get paid lol. This company is tricky!

Deceptive marketing offering US-based mailboxes. They are Indian IPs with terrible deliverability. Do not do business with this company. They have a sketchy no-refund policy to make things

Everything was smooth when I set up my Google workspace a few months ago but I recently encountered an issue when setting up the Microsoft one.

My mailboxes were suspended during the weekend.
The system tried to charge my credit card on a saturday and it went unsuccessful, by sunday morning all my mailboxes were already suspended. Now I am trying to recover it and will need to do a lot of setup again. Horrible service. If they are that time sensitive, they should announce it, try to charge before, withhold a minimum balance. So many ways to don't mess up with their clients work.

Negative experience with Zapmail
I’ve had a negative experience with Zapmail for over 12 months.
I was charged for services I wasn’t actively using, and when I tried to move my Google Workspace to manage it directly with Google, Zapmail did not allow an easy release.
Support avoided giving clear technical answers and instead kept pushing integrations and additional payments. Our company email stopped working during this process, severely affecting our operations.
Based on my experience, be very careful and make sure you fully understand billing and migration options before using Zapmail.
Zapmail is a top contender
From our extensive experience of cold email we feel Zapmail is one of the top contenders. The deliverability and health of the prewarmed boxes are especially top notch. Their customer service is always efficient and hands on. We plan to continue with them and are going to purchase more plans. A special shoutout to Santan from their team who was super patient and helped us through some important account queries.
