Ordered item mid December. When I received the item it was poor quality and the colour didn't match the description. I have been trying for 1 month now to get this sent back. They keep saying they will send the return label. I have tried to email them back today but now the email won't send.
DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. The website looks very fancy but don't be fooled.

Please don't order anything from this company they are just out to Con you.
What you order is not what you get. Website looks great but what you receive is a fake, shoddy item, which is not fit to wash the car.
You complain and ask for money to be returned, if you are lucky enough you receive a reply saying its been forwarded to returns department, and all you will here. They do not answer phones and Abdul is a fake mail address.
Avoid at all costs

Ordered jumpers early December and still not arrived

I ordered of this company thought I would buy my husband a lovely jumper it's gone straight in the bin I would be that embarrassed to give it to him it's so cheap . I waited 2 weeks when I tried to track it considering they claim to be in England.the tracking was in Japan stay away from this website.

Goods took ages to arrive, when asked for updates, not much help.
Then goods showed delivered by Evri but we didn't receive them. E mailed for a refund, ignored. Don't touch.

Abdel is a tremendous resource. We met and he was very honest, direct, and transparent that he wasn't sure he could help me right now. Rare honesty like that in 2025 told me then everything I needed to know.

But that's not where things ended. He turned around and immediately told me everything he would do if he were me. I felt like I was getting a masters education in a seriously short time frame. Good guy, plenty of useful knowledge, and he gave it away to me for free. What more could you ask for? I will definitely keep in touch and look him up down the road.
