My order has been paid for a week, and I have not heard from you until I told you to cancel my order, but the payment has not been refunded. I have contacted your merchant many times and have not returned my information... No refund, too much, no credit at all... Order #5915

This is so bad, buying from zamoclix.com for the very first time with this bad experience, I bought a bag $320, and called back to cancel the order and get my refund back, it been 4wks now I didn't hear from them or get my refund back.

This site is a total scam! Buyer beware.

I placed my order and my card was charged the same day. 10 days later I went to track the status of my order to which it showed cancelled the same day. My card was never issued a credit. I contacted this company to discuss, but never received a clear answer on why they charged me, then cancelled it. I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company.

Incorrect color was shipped to me. I order gold logo but received the black logo bag. I didn’t return since it is ok bag but not the one I ordered

Great products! Very impressed!

Absolutely beautiful bag! Black leather LV On My Side. Once the item was processed, shipping was three days!! Very impressed. Highly recommend!

My shipping was canceled and I was never told about it and I kept calling the phone number and never got an answer!! Still haven’t received my package!!! Very poor customer service. I will NEVER order from here again!

I’m really happy with my purchase I had a small problem one my item arrived but I contacted them and they fixed it right away

The first day I received my merchandise I noticed it was defected. The Stitching on the bottom of the backpack was defective. I informed them the first day. This is the 3rd day. I’m trying to get the RMA number they want send it to me . Now I’m in a place where I’m ready just to file a claim. I’m so dissatisfied with customer service. The first thing they should’ve asked me what can we do to make it better.Do I want a replacement or not. No they want me to send pictures
Of proof and evidence. I did that. I love this merchandise but it was defective. Now I’m so disgusted I just don’t want to do business anymore with this company.

Great bag. Thank you zamoclix

I did not like the item and I am trying to return it but I am not getting any response as far as how to return the merchandise. I have called emailed and texted to no avail.
