Zak Learning Arvostelua 850

I bought a Microsoft 360 2019 package from Zak Learning via Wowcher. I was sent detailed instructions by e mail for installation which i followed precisely. Installation was successful and Microsoft worked. However, after a couple of weeks, it stopped working and a message kept flashing up that this is a corporate package. I e mailed Zak learning with screenshot and asking for help. I received NO RESPONSE! I then contacted Wowcher who also reached out to Zak Learning, asking them to resolve with me. Again there was no response from Zak Learning. Wowcher were supportive and have issued me a refund. But my experience with Zak learning was stressful and the fact that they did not respond is terrible customer service. I would never use this company again.
Part 2 - I have added a star to my previous review as Zak Learning did indeed respond finally, which I do appreciate. It was nice that they offered a different activation code as a gesture of goodwill. However, I have again followed the instructions that I received on the e mail and the message flashes up that this activation key does not work. So, I was wondering if Zak Learning are able to resolve this for me?

I purchased a Microsoft licence key via Wowcher, which I had problems activating due to a windows update. Even though this was ultimately not a problem with the key, Fabian dealt with the issue for me in a friendly and efficient manner, staying on the phone until he was happy everything was working as it should. I am incredibly impressed at the level of customer service, especially in this day and age, and would not hesitate to recommend this company. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I purchased a Microsoft licence via Woucher. But did not read the small print. It was not compatible with Apple. Even though it was my own fault they refunded me in full without any hassle.

Couldn’t install at all, got in contact with Wowcher customer service and got referred to Zak customer service, sent screenshots of all the issues and asked for a refund as the product is faulty and I purchased from Microsoft subscription in the end and still haven’t heard anything back

Don't trust this company. i have bought Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus from them via Wowcher. When trying to install it I get the message "Your installation cannot be activated because you have activated up to the limit of your Multiple Activation Key. Consult your administrator for further help." What that tells me is that this is a corporate key and therefore is not for domestic use. I have searched the internet but cannot find any telephone number to talk to the company.

I was having problems with my installation of Microsoft office suite. After emailing I had a reply from Fabian and he was so helpful and patient. My problem was solved and I am up and running. Cannot fault their customer service.

I purchased the Office 2021 software from Zak Learning, through a voucher I bought, but was worried about getting it installed. I had read reviews about Zaks and how helpful they were so got it. I am not confident with uninstalling and installing new software, so when I contacted Zaks for advice, they were very understanding on the phone and arranged a suitable time to assist me online. I had a previous version of Office, 365, but as I had retired from my work, I was no longer able to use a work email address to sign into 365. This problem was easily resolved by taking over my laptop using Quick Assist and it was all done for me. I would 100% recommend Zak Learning to anyone thinking of buying anything from them. Thank you Ben and Kelly for all your help, I am very impressed with your customer service and if ever need anything again, would have no hesitation in coming back to you.

I have purchased the Prince2 coursework and exam. The videos provided do not coincide with the slides at all. The information they talk about during a module does not assist in passing the mock exam. I have just done module 3 and got 2/8 for their knowledge check exam.

I have searched their questions in the PDF version of the official module, using key words in their questions and it comes back with no relevant answers.

In my industry I have to undertake regular training like this and have never, ever had such a poorly designed training coursework. It is basically death by Youtube video, with what I assume is an AI voice over.

I would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND!

Both Kelly and Fabian were very responsive and helpful in assisting me in overcoming difficulties in installing Office on my laptop.

I had some issues downloading Office onto a new laptop. After sending some screenshots via email, Fabian responded with some clear, easy to understand instructions which worked a treat. This is the 2nd time I have bought Office from them and can highly recommend the aftercare, if needed.

Had a problem with my Microsoft office download. Contacted Zac Learning for some technical Assistance. I spoke with a young lady called Kelly.
Kelly went above and beyond to resolve my issue, it turned out to be an obscure add in that was causing the issue.

When I received my latest Microsoft Office Package, I had some initial difficulty installing it on my PC. The Zak learning agent I spoke to, Kelly, was very helpful and patient in taking me through the various steps via a screen share and fully resolving the problem. A very professional and satisfactory service. Thanks

This is the second time I have used Zak-Learning and both times they were incredibly helpful. When I got stuck, I would email them and within a few minutes, yes, that's right, within a few minutes I got a reply helping me on to the next step. I have nothing but praise for this company. Absolutely superb service.
Purchased a lifetime installation of MS Office Pro 2021 but had an issue with the installation as it was being installed on the latest MS Surface 7th Edition Arm laptop. After a couple of email exchanges (very swift responses) I had to call (spoke with Fabian) who took the time to assess the issue remotely and talked me through the process to successful conclusion. First class service when I needed it. I did have reservations when purchasing as always purchase microsoft but my goodness 100% would recommend. I needed some help and Fabian supported me. How nice it was to get such great customer service and so very helpful.

I was experiencing problems installing which even Microsoft could not help with. One email to cheap training, they provided all the steps and it as successfully installed.

Office key that they provided me with had been used to many times, so no access to office.

Nothing was too much trouble, he was so helpful and patient and I couldn't have had my software problems resolved without him today. Very knowledgeable in general and very friendly, this is a rarity this day and age. Thanks for fixing the issue I had and the patience alongside it.

Having bought MS Office, I found it wouldn't download properly. Fabian supported me with several emails until his guidance helped me get the job done. I can't praise him enough. He's a real asset to Zak Learning. Many thanks Fabian.
