The bouquet I received was completely different from what was advertised on the website. The flowers were wilted, the arrangement looked cheap, and the overall quality was far below expectations. For the price I paid, this was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for premium flowers.
They said the order willbe delivered between 4-8pm it arrived 8:30. And if you wanna get fast delivery you pay 15 jds? What a joke! Flowers were almost dead!! Honestly this is a waste of money I'll never deal with them again.
They were super late with the first order's delivery.
Tried them again but they sent the wrong item in the second order. They quit responding to messages and won't do anything to fix the issue.
I was planning to keep using their services but never again i would deal with Zajal in Amman Jordan again.
Would NOT recommend. Stay away and try other companies.
