Zain was working great before i moved from Riyadh to Dhahran/Khobar. Here zain service is not working inside the building i am living. I have put my router outside of the house. Now device hangs every day in the beginning and later multiple times in a day. I have requested Zain to help me. Its been 1 week no reply on my complain. very bad Zain service, i recommend not to sign any zain service.

Agreed with the reviews that this is one star being generous. Completed 2 years on 5g home and wanted to downgrade but no option on the app. Contact "customer service" - very, very loose term and they say call (which is a joke as zero option to talk to a human and just sends you in loops) or go to store. Legally they have to allow you to amend your package without physically going into the store but they refuse, they also refuse to give me a complaint reference. So I terminated the contract. Someone else can have my money rather than this sorry excuse of a company of think they are sooooooo clever that I'll just stay with them rather than have to go in person to a store where some numptys will try and convince me to stay on the same contract. They must seriously think people are that stupid. Ridiculous. I have the emails and will raise a complaint with TSC directly. If enough people do hopefully they get penalised. Do not touch with a barge pole.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a telecom company. The service is extremely disappointing, and customer support is almost impossible to deal with. Despite repeatedly contacting them about my issue, there is no proper response, no clear solution, and no accountability.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before taking a Zain service. Very poor customer support and a complete waste of time and money. Extremely disappointed with Zain. False details given by zain sales rep

Amazing good customer supporte and good coverage

It takes a lot for me to drop a bad review. dealing with Zain in KSA is painful, but whats even more painful is to realize they have a more than they deserve 2.3. I just need to know who would give them more than 1 star and why?

zero customer service, I spend hours in technical loopholes, near impossible to talk to a human and when one answers their whatsapp, its in 40 minute intervals.

I cancelled my attempts at owning a zain line and will find a way to cancel my wifi subscription. They are so bad it has me reviewing them at 3:42 am.

Do not fall victim to their lousy system and equally ignorant customer service.

Im willing to file an official complaint. OH whats even more telling theyre probably the only "big size" service company where their agents dont actively nore when asked share their names.

Zain has a big problem with its Computer and billing systems. I canceled my Zain contract 2 month ago and they still send me bills. They don't know what is going on.
Customer service is also way below average.

very bad services there contracts have many hidden conditions there contracts gives them all the rights to get your money and make you pay more for nothing .
very bad calls stability and quality , internet is a myth with this company , they claim in all ads that there internet is fast , the truth is that they advertise speeds tested locally between the same company servers and when you test the speed on any other server outside jordan you will get very very bad speed and ping is astronomical number.
i dont recommend for anyone to use this company lines.

Terrible internet, customer service does absolutely nothing to help, blames my router instead of fixing the issue, choose any other company. 0.5MBPS on speed test, can’t express my frustration while here on a work trip. From March to May 30th, nothing short of abysmal
