AVOID ZAH COMPUTERS for online purchases! Pathetic customer support!
I had a very unpleasant experience with Zah Computers. I urgently needed the Rival 310, so I purchased it from Zah on the morning of August 29th because it was listed as 'in stock' on their website. I transferred 11k via direct bank transfer and sent them the payment proof via WhatsApp. They then informed me that the item was actually out of stock. I understand that stock issues can happen, but the real frustration began when they kept delaying my refund. It's been two days, and despite repeatedly begging for my own money, I still haven't received my refund. They don’t pick up my calls or reply to my messages, just keep saying "aj mil jaengy, kal mil jaengy." My money is stuck, and I can't buy the product from elsewhere. It has wasted a lot of my time, and I needed the item urgently.
Update (aug 31 evening): I finally received my refund two days later after publicly posting about this situation in Voice of Customer and other gaming groups of facebook, which eventually got their attention, and they refunded me ASAP. Before that, my messages were being completely ignored on WhatsApp.
