I bought a 6 month plan
I bought a 6 month plan. Worked for a month. Stopped working. Messaged them with no reply. Two weeks later I was told it has been fixed but it had not. Have messaged four times in the last two weeks and I've been completely ignored and no refund. Avoid these people!

The initial communication was good and the prices were very competitive. It’s not until things go wrong that Z4Keys let themselves down. I brought their Spotify 12 month duo which went down after 8 months. I chased Z4Keys on a number of occasions but constantly received the same cop out email of “don’t chase us, we’re working on it….”
3 months later it still hadn’t been fixed, Z4keys still hadn’t replied to me so I went elsewhere and brought another 12 month plan.
They are good if nothing goes wrong!

We already refunded you 30 GBP For lost duration and we responded to your mail about it and you replied to us for your old order !!
For your new order, We already send you message on mail saying you submitted wrong info so we can't upgrade but mostly you didn't respond on mail
Our team only see mail responds + support messages on site, That's why you have no respond on WhatsApp
as said on WhatsApp channel that I leave it's link on each message respond, Support now busy so we can't respond !!!!!!!!!

Attrocious! Waste of money and customer service
Attrocious. Bought a youtube account and it was almost constantly down. No more than a few weeks at most would pass, usually much shorter and it would go down. I'd ask support for help and it would usually take several days for an answer. Asked for a refund on WhatsApp over a week ago and still waiting on a response. Meanwhile they consistently post apologies that they are trying to fix accounts but they don't have time.
Avoid this mob!!
Update to response:
I requested a refund over 2 weeks ago and you haven't responded
Now 3 weeks ago and this bunch of crooks still haven't responded.

Use to be good.
I've been using the service for the past 2-3 years and it's incredibly difficult to get a hold of anybody. They don't check their WhatsApp. My TV service I bought with them lasted 3 weeks and no one is answering my request. BEWARE!

I would avoid as it's a long process if broken....
Like others have said had issues with product then took ages (three weeks ) to do anything , finally got some sort of refund but only for remaining sub . Should have been fully refunded for all the trouble caused and I paid for time the product wasn't even working
Reply : I paid for a service that wasn't done correctly , customer service is poor understand you have more customers then you can manage so maybe need to look at that

We are paying for your whole duration and they doesn't give us any refund but we handle the refunds for all customers as we give full warranty, it's non-sense to get duration for product and wanna full refund so you got months of premium for free !!!!!!!!!!
