Great support from the team

I deal with Felix a lot at YunoJuno and he is nothing short of perfection. Felix is constantly helpful, efficient. provides excellent customer service and always keeps me updated throughout my queries. He is always happy to help me reach a solution, and no question is ever too much. Felix is an asset to the company. Thank you always for your help!

I dealt with Mary, She was helpful and responsive. Good to have someone who actually deals with your queries in a proactive way, and doesn't leave you to try and fathom the system on your own.

I had some questions regarding charging back for VAT and Mary was amazing and saved me a lot of time. Quick friendly advice.

Great communicator, and a very helpful person, thank you so much!

Yuno Juno are great.
Very responsive and always pay on time. :)

I just started using Yuno juno this year and the staff have been lovely! Especially one called Mary, she was attentive when I was enquiring and always kept me in the loop!

Yuno juno in general has given me a great opportunity with one of the UKs biggest marketing agencies which has now turned full time. Couldn't be happier! And thanks again Mary ☺️

Felix was super helpful and quick to response!

Hasan was fantastic from start to finish. I came to YunoJuno in an urgent situation, needing my profile approved quickly due to an active client opportunity, and he handled everything with speed, professionalism and genuine warmth. Could not have asked for better support. Highly recommend.

Thank you, Sara for all your help with getting me set up during my recent contract. The new right-to-work requirements can be very confusing to navigate on the GOV.uk site. Sara was always helpful, patient, and clear in their guidance, which made the process much easier. I really appreciated the support and the team's check-ins and updates along the way.

Lovely chap and very helpful, thanks Hasan

Always had great communication and help/support when working with YunoJuno. Thanks to Felix for helping me directly with a situation this week.

The only one who really helped. Thank you, Hasan!

Hasan has been great in helping me with recent queries. The messenger system is so good, you’re not left hanging waiting for a reply, and follow ups are swift via email. So great to speak on a live chat with a person (not a bot) who goes out of his way to find the answer to late payments. Thanks so much!

Used YunoJuno for a long time, and always find the customer care team to be outstanding. Replies are often Async, but they really understand the problems and take their time to get them sorted as best they can.
Platform is easy to use and makes managing contracts straight forward

I had a great experience with YunoJuno. The help I received was quick, and I didn’t have to deal with a chatbot, which made things much easier. Felix was friendly and professional, and he handled my query quickly and efficiently. Really appreciated the smooth and straightforward support.

For freelancers, the YunoJuno experience is flawless - clients are much higher calibre than on other platforms, 14 day payment is usually guaranteed (plus, there's no fees at all), and the support is exceptional - the team are friendly, helpful and always respond to emails or Slack messages in minutes. Thank you in particular to Sara for helping me out today!

Felix was incredibly fast and very helpful in handling my request. I really appreciate the quick response and support. Highly recommended!

Best job site I've ever used. Best team. Instant help. Great projects to work on. Easy, seamless, friendly, advantageous to all parties involved.
I've built up a body of brilliant regular clients for so much repeat work via YJ.
YunoJuno is my Go-to 95% of the time.
