Yumello Arvostelua 

I bought 3 peanut jars and 1 tub of tahini. When I received the package, it was obvious that something inside was very wrong as 2 of the parcel walls were drenched in oil and there were traces of tahini. On opening the parcel : a total mess, because the tahini tub was open, the whole content had run out inside the parcel ... you get the picture. OK, I thought ...could happen ... I wrote a polite e-mail attaching the pictures that I had taken, showing the state of the parcel and the empty tub and asked for refund on the tahini tub ... Never heard from them. ...

Although initially not all their fault. Received my items but due to poor packaging and Royal Mail. The box was chrushed it's like peanut butter murder scene everywhere. One tub is smashed and it's not a cheap product. Email after email and absolutely no response. Such a shame as have been using their products a long time. Maybe it's time to go elsewhere

I’ve given 2 stars because I’ve been buying Yumello products for ages with no problems. But this time I haven’t received my order and no one is replying to my emails/messenger/instagram! It’s been over 2 weeks now. What is going on??!!!!

I can’t seem to reply to my reply from yumello Alex from CS say I’m trashing your brand. Have you seen the other reviews. Every negative review is based on your horrible customer service. Believe me Alex you don’t need to threaten to retain my negative review about you I would not give you a penny more of my money there are plenty of other specialty nut butter makers out there!

Still the best nut butters I've ever tasted, and I've tried a few! Extremely addictive, but with no unexpected or nasty ingredients so I don't feel so bad for munching through it so fast. Excited to see some new flavours in future!

I was looking for nut butters with no added ingredients, or as few as possible. I'd tried a few other brands but to be honest the taste has meant the tubs had just sat in my cupboards collecting dust.

I decided to try Yumello based on the reviews. Their crunchy peanut butter is also 99.4% nuts and 0.6% salt so it also fitted the bill as far as ingredients goes.

It's probably the best peanut butter I've tried. It's just tasty. Usually if I were having peanut butter on toast etc, I'd feel the need to add butter first, but with Yumello, I no longer find it necessary.

The delivery is fast and I like the individual boxing to protect the tub. I've never any issues so I've never had to contact customer services so I can't comment on that. I'm looking forward to trying the other nut butters in their range.

I've just had a neighbour drop your parcel off.  Apparently, Amazon left it with them!!!!!!!!!!

Why do they not say on their delivery sheet where they left it?

Why was I not informed?

Why did you not chase them up & ask them for evidence?

Obviously because you are bad at what you do & your custom service is zilch.

You just carry in burying your head in the sand and see how far you get.

You will not receive any more orders from me.

East to order, quick delivery, tasty and natural!! You know when you buy the healthier peanut butters and they just don’t taste like the normal one because it doesn’t have sugar in it well the salted date is a healthier version of that but better!!!

Unfortunately one of my tubs broke slightly - the lid split - I emailed customer services and immediately they replied and sent out a new tub. Really impressed with speed and response of the team. Also, DELICIOUS!

Great tasting peanut butter, I eat far too much of this stuff. The salted date has a nice mix of sweet and salt, the crunch from the bits of peanut add good texture. If I could ask for one thing it would be for more of these bits to be added but it still tastes great either way. I throw mine on a cinnamon and raisin bagel and its super, top with bacon and you're in heaven.

I recently purchased the trial set. And was very happy with them. The salted date crunchy peanut butter is heaven. But on the 13th of August I placed another order for a 1kg tug. And I’m still waiting for it to appear. Customer service is non existent. The first time I contacted them it took them four days to get back to me. Now I seem to be getting fobbed off and deceived. I’ve ordered something from France. And that’s arrived! So how come they can’t manage it.

i've tried all the flavors from yumello and i'm so in love with the peanut butters! while the standard peanut butter is, well, quite standard (although the crunchiness gives it a nice twist) i am SO IN LOVE with the salted date and the harissa one! i love making the peanut sauce for my summer rolls out of the harissa one and some soy sauce and chilli paste and honestly, it's heaven. the only thing i'm not really happy about is that their jars are made out of plastic, hope they'll move onto glass jars soon :)

I love PB but I have to say I was getting a little bored of standard store bought. I found Yumello online by accident but boy was it a happy accident.

After originally trialling 3 pots I am now a convert. So far my hubby and I have tried all flavours and they are all delicious. We now buy it in 1kg tubs - yum!
If you are on the fence about trying it, do it, you won't regret it!

I love the salted date peanut butter, I also love the fact they now sell this in 1kg tubs. Keep up the good work

I got the taster pack with three small tubs for £10.00.

The bog standard peanut butter was exactly that, bog standard. Not as good as Aldi Foodie Market Crunchy Peanut Butter and three times the price.

The Harissa flavour barely tasted of harissa, but fortunately I always keep Cap Bon harissa paste in the pantry, so I was able to spark it up a bit.

The dates were undetectable in the Salted Date flavour, so again, I had to add chopped dates.

All the butters were a bit on the runny side, so overall the order was disappointing and in future I will just stick with Aldi Foodie Market Crunchy and customise it myself. Much cheaper and much better.
