I have been using ySense for some time
I have been using ySense for some time, but recently the experience has become extremely frustrating.
Several times I have completed surveys fully, reaching the very last page, only to receive an error message instead of confirmation. As a result, I was not credited for the time spent. This has happened repeatedly.
What makes it worse is that there is practically no effective way to claim these unpaid surveys. Support either does not respond or provides generic replies that do not resolve the issue. There is no transparent or reliable system to ensure users are compensated for completed work.
Spending 20–30 minutes on a survey and ending up with an error and zero payment is simply not acceptable. At this point, it no longer feels worth wasting time on this platform.
I would not recommend ySense unless they improve their survey tracking and customer support process.
Your response proves the issue.
You say to contact support through the activity ledger — but that is exactly what users have already done, repeatedly, without resolution. Telling people to use the same ineffective channel again is not a solution.
The real problem is simple: users complete surveys in full, reach the final page, encounter an error, and receive no payment. Then support either does not respond or sends generic template replies that do not address the missing credit.
This is not an isolated technical glitch. It is a recurring pattern that results in users wasting 20–30 minutes of their time with zero compensation and no accountability.
If you genuinely value feedback, implement a transparent system that tracks completed surveys properly and ensures automatic credit when errors occur. Until then, asking users to “reach out again” is just shifting responsibility without solving anything.
At this point, the platform does not feel trustworthy or worth the time invested.

It's a good platform
It's a good platform, but there are many poor surveys where we spend a lot of time answering only to be disqualified afterwards. Some of them almost reach completion, but they disqualify us and we end up not getting paid.
