I have had a really good experience with yoybuy, they are also clear about the cost of its service and I think that cost is really acceptable, not expensive considering that involves the service, and also I have received a good customer services they resolved my problem really fast

I ordered a shipping for my client from them, but there is a problem on chinese post service side which was not revealed and parcel was not shipped. I was not warned about it, shipping option was available on checkout. After that they "refund" 75%(!) of my payment to account balance. I surely opened Paypal dispute for full amount, this situation is fully their responsibility. After that they just "freeze" my account with my product on their warehouse. Total scam. Be careful and never deal with them.

Youbuy sont des escrocs et des menteurs. Le téléphone qu'ils m'ont vendu n'était pas neuf comme mentionné dans l'annonce mais reconditionné. Ensuite, cela fait maintenant 2 mois que j'ai envoyé le téléphone chez eux en réparation, ils cherchent tous les prétextes pour ne pas me le restituer ou me rembourser :
- Prétendre qu'ils sont en vacances.
- Créer un numéro de suivi à La Poste alors que le colis est toujours chez eux.
- Dire que c'est La Poste qui prend du temps alors qu'ils ne leur ont même pas envoyé le colis.
Tout ça pour au final me dire qu'ils comptent me rembourser le téléphone une fois que j'aurai refusé la réception du colis qu'ils ne m'envoient pas....

Nie kupujcie z tamtej strony. Nie zdajecie sobie sprawy jak bardzo ciężko jest odzyskać pieniądze. Trzeba było być bardzo uważnym. Obsługa klienta jest płatna. Ja wysyłałam wiadomości cała zdenerwowana, a osoba z obsługi cały czas przedłużała, chyba tylko po to by więcej zarobić. Zastanawiałam się wtedy jak to jest być takim debilem, żeby nawet nie zrozumieć tego co piszę od paru minut. Da się zamówić coś przez tego pośrednika, ale jest to na pewno bardzo drogie i skomplikowane. Nie polecam, nie kupujcie, bo tylko i wyłącznie stracicie pieniądze lub będziecie je przez długi czas odzyskiwać lub nawet w ogóle ich nie odzyskacie, bo były takie historie

сервис очень плохой мало того то берут комиссию за пополнение кошелька на сайте так еще берут комиссию при покупки,нельзя оплатить на прямую все идет через сайт,то есть такой бред кидать деньги на сайт что бы оплатить товар, товар выходит дороже чем стоит в 2 раза доставка минимум 16$ 0,5 кг.Помимо этого берут всякие налоги,хранение,страховка короче все лишь бы побольше содрать.Я очень не довольна жалко потраченных денег

Примерно с 2012 года пользовалась услугами этого посредника. Периодически пользовалась складом. Проблемы с этим посредником начались с 2018-2019: стоимость доставки и транспортная и сроки не соответствовали, например платишь за ЕМС, а приходит обычной почтой. Ну и ладно задержки, ошибки, с кем не бывает, забыла. В конце 2020 начался настоящий цирк: 1) пришедшие посылки, которые должны были придти( по трек) не регестрировали около 2х недель, после получения, в посылки отсутствовали детали. 2) на оду из посылок поставили запрет на выдачу в моем городе. 10 дней!!! каждый день я писала им и просила снять, и каждый день они говорили: подождите 2-3 дня, скоро мы все уладим. В итоге мне пришлось платить за хранение товара на складе в моем городе. 3) Одна легкая посылка должна была придти за 7-10 дней , стоимость доставки около 3 тыс руб. Результат: 3 месяца ожидания, содержимое все помято.
