Wonderful product does more than advertised. L
So far the product has started to remove some fine lines but have only used it for 3 days. I'm looking forward to seeing what will happen in a month.

No longer crave sweets
Since I started using the patches I no longer crave sweets. 1 other interesting thing is I have had rotator cuff pain for a few years. I started putting the patch on that shoulder and my pain is about 80% reduced.

If I could rate this a negative 10 I…
If I could rate this a negative 10 I would. I made the mistake of ordering from them and discovered that it did nothing for me and was shipped from another country which I was not comfortable with. So I did not reorder. Turns out there was a subscription so on 5/29/26 I get an email saying they are going to debit my credit card for $95.99. I immediately sent an email to them in which Jersey responded she would cancel the shipment and credit my account. 10 days later the shipment is still in process. I reached out again to Jersey and was told I could return it for full credit. On 6/18 YouthRite signed for for the unopened package. Multiple times I was told they were processing the credit but it never happened.
I then reached out to PayPal to help with the resolution. Unfortunately they just advised me that they are ruling in favor of YouthRite. So now I have no product and I am out the full $95.99 plus $16 in shipping costs which for a senior citizen is a lot to just throw away.
This company is a scam. Emails are always polite and sound helpful but nothing is ever done.
Warning: dont buy a product from a company that doesn’t disclose ingredients, where is is made and shipping from, and always read these type of reviews.
UPDATE. Just got notification that PayPal approved my case ! Also YouthRite is finally going to issue the refund. (Refund will go to PayPal since they already issued a credit to me).

Exemplary Customer Service
I recently had an issue with an unexpected recurring shipment from Youth Rite after originally ordering patches in the spring. I contacted the company right away, and after some emails and phone calls, the shipment was stopped and I received a full refund.
Carla and Jacq were both exceptional to deal with — professional, kind, understanding, and extremely helpful. Considering I was no longer purchasing anything, I really felt they went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved properly.
I was not disappointed with the product itself; I simply had not had enough time to use the original patches to their full potential.

I ordered on 27 Aug 2026. They gave me a tracking number that is pending pickup since 27. I emailed them 5 times. But no response. I should have done my homework first before ordering.

Tried one patch
Tried one patch. Had a severe reaction. Was told I could not get a refund because I tried one patch. Not sure how you are supposed to "try " the product without opening the product. Save your money. This one ended up costing me over $3750.00 due to the severity of the reaction. Oh and if you get the package and do not open it- you have to pay a 10%restocking fee AND return shipping. Customer service is a joke. Buyers beware. Actually just dont buy.
Only AFTER i posted a review did they offer to give me a full refund on the UNOPENED package. The one patch I "tried" a partial refund. Better than nothing- save your mo ey.

FRAUD!!
I paid $149.99 for Hashimoto's patches on 7/2/26. Their Anti-Aging patches arrived on 7/9/26. I immediately emailed them about their mistake, to which they replied a refund would be provided AFTER I return their wrong product. I have difficulty getting out of the house, let alone standing in line at the post office to pay for postage on THEIR error, and told them so. After ~15 emails, they STILL have not provided me the return envelope, let alone a refund [since they claim they no longer have the Hashimoto's patch.] FRAUD!!!

I tried it, cancelled, got ripped off 6 months later
I tried an order then cancelled the subscription promptly. Nearly 6b a later I get no warning, just an email saying my subscription has been processed. No package ever comes and I’m charged $119.00+ shipping and tax. I cancelled back in December of 2025! They’re refusing to return my money.
I have reached out. They tell me I won’t be charged further, what a joke. A refund is in order.

There is no allergan disclosure. This patch contains fish oii. If you have a fish allergy, this patch is not for you. They refer you to their return policy but do not clearly communicate the address that you send it back to. They need to put a warning with their product promotion regarding fish allergy. They need to have the address of return in their return policy.

Website checkout process is confusing would up with $75 worth of product I didn't want, they told me they couldn't change my order but it took over 2 weeks to receive it then they promised me a return label that they said they wouldn't provide me with one. Dishonest Company
I didn’t authorize an order but was sent the product anyway and was charged nearly $90.00. The first attempt to get a refund, I was told they would credit me $17.99 and that I could “give it to someone as a gift”. I refused and asked for the refund; I then received an email thanking me for accepting a 30% discount to keep the product. I refused. They told me to mail it back and send them a tracking number; I hadn’t even opened it, so had to take it to the post office to refuse it. I sent them the tracking number (which was the original number it came with), and was told they would refund me once they received it. It took over 6 emails and nearly a month to finally get a refund….for something I didn’t order 😡
