Your Vitality Coaching is a holistic health and wellbeing business founded by Zoë Smith, supporting people to move, feel and live well through every stage of life. With more than 20 years’ experience across health, wellbeing, fitness, reablement and community support, Zoë brings together movement, relaxation, mindfulness and complementary therapies to offer a genuinely whole-person approach to wellbeing. Your Vitality Coaching offers a wide range of services, including Yoga, Pilates and Reformer Pilates, Aqua Yoga, fitness classes, meditation and breathwork, sound baths and sound healing, Reiki and energy healing, massage, holistic treatments, workshops, retreats and one-to-one wellbeing support. Sessions range from welcoming community classes and private appointments to workplace and organisational wellbeing sessions, talks and presentations. At the heart of Your Vitality Coaching is the belief that wellbeing isn’t about perfection, punishment or constantly trying to become a “better” version of yourself. It’s about having the right support, tools and space to look after yourself in ways that are realistic, sustainable and meaningful to you, while helping you understand your body and support your wellbeing as you navigate the changes and transitions that life brings. Whether you want to become stronger and more mobile, manage stress, create space to slow down, rebuild confidence in your body, navigate a period of change or simply make your wellbeing more of a priority, sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Zoë’s approach is warm, inclusive and down-to-earth, combining professional knowledge with an understanding that everybody — and every body — is different. Classes and treatments are designed to feel welcoming rather than intimidating, with options and adaptations offered wherever possible. Based in East Yorkshire, Your Vitality Coaching works with individuals, groups, communities and organisations through in-person classes, treatments, private sessions, events and online resources. Reiki and Massage

I met this wonderful reiki master some time ago, never having heard of reiki, I was sceptical and considered it to be witchcraft. However, on meeting Zoë and having it explained and then having a session the pain I had in my shoulder disappeared permanently, as did muscle contractions in my left leg which I had had continually since a slipped disc over 15 years ago – this condition has not returned. I intend to see Zoë on a regular basis for more treatments having since had a massage which totally relaced me – this girl is totally professional and I would highly recommend her. I am 65 but now feel 20 years younger!

It’s been lovely to hear about the changes you’ve experienced since your Reiki treatment, particularly with issues that had been bothering you for such a long time. I’m also really pleased you enjoyed your massage and came away feeling so relaxed.

Zoe’s exercise classes to suit you

I go to yin yoga classes with Zoe, you feel comfortable there and under no pressure, Zoe shows different variations of each exercise so you can do what suits you, she also does breathwork as part of the class , it is a really relaxing experience, I also do online classes, there is a good variation so you can do whatever and when you feel like it , she always makes time if you have any questions to help you

Reiki treatment with Zoe

I had a Reiki treatment with Zoe at Beautique32 and absolutely loved how it made me feel.
It calmed my nervous system which cleared my mind and gave me a sense of peace & tranquility.
I could feel the energy coming through into my body, it was a very unique experience & one that I will definitely be repeating. 😊
