Honestly they have exceeded my expectations. At first I was nervous about traveling to Miami alone, but from the time I was picked up at surgery to the time I was dropped off at the airport I developed a family! The house Is very clean and accommodating. Nurse Michelle and Amber are so attentive, loving , compassionate and knowledgable. I never felt alone or unsure! They honestly made my first 5 days such a breeze, I almost forgot I was recovering. The food was ALWAYS freshly made and delicious ! The snacks were always there, supplies always stocked, house always clean and smelling good! I went from staying at a recovery house to now having family! Honestly thinking about just going back to visit them!

Do NOT waste your time or money with the recovery home called Your Tight Spot in Miami. This place is misleading, unprofessional, and unsafe. I was promised services and amenities that were supposed to be included, but they either never existed or were never provided. Care completely stopped the day after my surgery just because I was walking around — despite the fact that I still needed assistance with very basic things.

The owner, Seida Rivera, is terrible at communication and makes it sound like an inconvenience every time you ask a question. Instead of owning up to anything, she hides behind the “intake form” and throws it in your face whenever issues are brought up — while failing to deliver what’s actually promised on that same form. On top of that, she called my friend the very day of her surgery just to “put her in her place” about complaints instead of asking how she was feeling after going through a major surgery .

Other major issues:
• Medications were stolen.
• One of the “nurse” reeked of weed.
• The other “nurse” spent her time talking badly about other patients and people she worked with, which is completely unprofessional.
• No shower assistance — I was told to just “do it myself” after a tummy tuck, even though I couldn’t fully support myself. My friend (who had surgery too!) had to help me shower.

Later, another owner Nastasja reached out after we were already home and claimed that the nurse responsible had been suspended. That was a flat-out lie — I checked, and she’s still working there. They also offered no reimbursement, no solution, nothing — just threw the intake form in my face again.

This place is dangerous, misleading, and run by people who don’t care about patient safety. If you value your health and recovery, go somewhere else.

Initially I only booked your tight spot because I was traveling to Miami alone for surgery and wanted to be safe. Quickly after surgery I realized they provide much more than a safe environment. They provided mental and physical support accompanied with patience and top teir kindness. I am so glad I decided to book the 7 days because I couldn't have done it without them. Even if I lived in Miami and I got surgery I would come back. I have to give a big shout out to Siedah Rivera and Stephanie for the amazing experience they truly blew me away. 10/10 highly recommend

The service of care and food is not actually what’s portrayed on social media. I encountered 2 Hispanic sisters who left in the middle of the night out the condo and left 4 girls alone including myself when anything could’ve happened since we all have had surgery. I also encountered nasty cold salmon and chicken breast as well as crunchy hard over microwaved green beans. Your not going to be served crab legs, rice , beans, steaks, potatoes nothing that is portrayed on social media. The owner is all the way in Arizona, she either needs to be closer to Miami to regulate her staff or have trustworthy staff. Also the sisters that worked the shift while I was there also was stealing food and did not cook the chicken properly for dinner it was all pink! So what I ate for dinner is a turkey cheese sandwich with harvest cheddar chips. Definitely not a luxury meal and I was very disappointed, I checked out early and will never be back or recommend this fake luxury house to anybody who needs surgery. Anything could’ve happened to the other patient who just had a bbl with drains yelling for help in the middle of the night while they were nowhere to be found. Very sad to spend $300 a day here and not even be asked “hey what do you like to eat so I can order it” is crazy. They only feed you what they want to buy being cheap which is trash nasty food. Don’t ever book here I’m telling you! You will be disappointed and calling the owner for a refund then having to find a place to stay or leaving early on a flight when really your supposed to be healing. Mind you we all spent over 1000 to stay at this place with this type of service it wasn’t cheap. The owner only refunded me for the unused days not for the cold food I received or anything else.

I highly enjoyed my stay at Tight Spot. From the staff to the house itself to the food, everything was great. The staff was very nurturing and caring and tended to all my needs without me having to ask. I was nervous at first about the whole experience but the first day i felt at home. From meeting the owner Siedah to the staff, everyone was welcoming. Thank you all for your hospitality!! I’ll be back to visitttt lol. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who needs care during recovery. You will not be disappointed!!

Tight spot is the best recovery home ever. I stayed for 10 days, the house is clean, the staff is nice and they keep checking on us day and night. The food was great and they made sure to prioritise protein, vegetables and fruits. Snacks protein shakes and teas are available at all times. I was worried I went alone for my MMO but Saidah and the staff made me feel at home.

So I was a little skeptical at first cause it was last minute and honestly it was the best choice i made . When i arrived i was terrified but the ladies were so welcoming and nice . They talked so much life into me and kept me in high spirits . The food was AMAZING, service AMAZING they made sure i was comfortable before and after surgery made sure i got my meds on time , got up to walk unlimited snacks and more . I didn’t even want to go home i was so comfortable everytime i needed someone they were there on the spot . They provided transportation and good conversation when it was needed , good wifi , everything was clean they came with so much supplies . The stay was so convenient I didn’t have to move a muscle ( unless it was time to walk ) The massages were bearable the ladies took their time and talked you through it for comfort overall 10/10 . It’s a lot more that came with it but overall If I ever get surgery again i will be back best place to stay at ❤️

I love this place ,clean ,fancy and safe environment . They have everything you need . Food ready great piece of mind . Feels like a vacation not post surgery. Book here asap

My caretaker (nurse) Sydia. Was very personable and patient with me. She also advocated for me with my surgery clinic in regards to my medication when I was unable to advocate for myself. She picked me up from surgery on time and had my medicine ready. She washed my clothes, fed me, dressed my bandages and made sure I was clean and safe. She also stayed an extra hour that she was not paid for just to make sure I was good. She has my full respect and appreciation. Thank you From the bottom of my heart!

I’ve never been to a recovery home, but I decided to accompany my sister with her BBL journey & when I say I’m impressed, I truly am! This experience was a 10 out of 10! The nurses were friendly, very attentive, and well trained! Home was clean, spacious, and luxurious. Anything you ask, they have an answer for! The food , AMAZING! Siedah, Lisa, Precious, Claudia & Patricia you guys were AMAZING! I think i’ll be booking that room as an AIRBNB 😂 Hopefully we get to see you guys soooon’

I want to start of by saying this was one of the best decisions I made I absolutely loved it here at Tight Spot everything was great The ladies were amazing I’ll definitely recommend and will definitely come back to Tight Spot my next trip to Miami I’m going to miss u ladies take care and continue being great

The staff was very hands on and attended to my needs as required. I felt like I was at home and comfortable. Everything that I needed was already there, so that was a plus. The care and food was excellent and transportation to and from the surgery center was provided for my pre-op, post-op and follow-up appointments. I would definitely book again. It's veteran-owned, so that's a plus as well.

Staying at Your Tight Spot after my Lipo 360 was truly a top-tier experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The ladies here made sure I was comfortable at all times—checking on me constantly, taking my temperature, and always making sure I had food, snacks, and anything else I needed to feel at ease.

What stood out the most was how personal the care felt. Even though I was only there for a short time, I truly felt like I formed a bond with these amazing women. They treated both me and my friend like family, driving us to and from all of our appointments and making every effort to ensure we were relaxed and well taken care of.

The food was consistently delicious, and if there was anything we didn’t care for, they were quick to provide tasty alternatives without hesitation. Their attention to detail, compassion, and dedication to our comfort did not go unnoticed.

I will honestly miss them and the safe, peaceful environment they created. I know I’ll see them again, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Your Tight Spot to anyone looking for exceptional post-op care in Miami. They’re truly the best!

Best place ever and I’m saying it from experience not by what I heard, they whole staff is amazing and 24hr staffing is just that, you do not have to be alone from the time you arrive till the time you leave there is someone with you every step of the way!! I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED 💪🏽❤️🤞🏽STOP LOOKING AND START BOOKING!!!

All the products smell so good! My favorites are the Turmeric Body scrub and the Brightening Body Butter. Using them together has my skin feeling so smooth and brighter. Can’t wait to see how my skin looks in a few more weeks!

By far the best products that I have used to brighten my skin. Everything has a fresh and subtle smell and leaves your skin feeling flawless 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Siedah is the sweetest with the best costumer service ever!! The Arnica oil works wonderss and feels amazing on the skin. The body scrub and body butter leave mi skin feeling and smeeling delicious. The winner has to be the black soap you feel the difference ln your skin since day 1, it helped me and my boyfriend with skin texture and black spots I love it.

Siedah’s products are amazing.
Within the last few days, her turmeric bar soap has helped with my dry skin. Her customer service is exceptional as she answered all my questions before I ordered. I highly recommend
