We had an excellent stay. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was modern and extremely useful for a longer stay. Underground parking with direct and safe access to the apartment and very central. Communication was also excellent. Highly recommended!!

Terrible Company. Sell property to you with parking and then parking ticket comes after you leave. Problem comes from owner who sells through company but property is managed by a different company who don’t communicate. Check this out or you will be hassled after you leave. This is a poor poor set up!! I won’t be back for sure despite great accommodation!!

Following the Company reply to my review I need to add further comment. The customer service person's, I spoke to, original response was for me to appeal the parking fine. Not until I escalating the complaint did I get a change of attitude. The set up around this property to rent it to the public is complex as there are 4 different people/ companies involved and one end has no idea what the other was doing. The parking company is My Perfect Stays' responsibility or it should be. When you book a room in good faith, on how it was sold this to you, this should not have happened. If it does you should get a much better response originally from them and via a response to your original review. They only sorted it because I would not have let it drop. As I said at the start - a terrible company or at the very least set up that sells and manages it.

Great management team and great apartment!!! No problems at all could not ask for more and the team was always on hand to help if we had any issues. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

My partner and myself stayed for 2 nights as a bit of luxury getaway and paid extra for extra cleaning. They also promoted the fact they had a concierge on site 24/7.

Upon arriving the room was difficult to get into due to the handle not working properly and having to force the handle down with force to get it open.

Upon inspection of the room one of the switches that turns on the inbuilt cooker and microwave was faulty and damaged and there was built up dust in places but also rubbish left in the room from the previous people who stayed there. Also the batteries in the remote control for the television were flat.

I went down to speak to the concierge but he was totally useless and just kept saying “speak to the service provider”.

There were also notes in the lift instructions that we must empty our rubbish and that it is not their responsibility.

After taking photos and making notes of all this I did finally manage to find a way to contact the service provider even though this was after our stay because I didn’t want my time monopolised by trying to contact them.

The response I got from them was quite shocking stating that the concierge was nothing to do with them and also the notes left in the lift about it stating it’s our responsibility to get rid of our rubbish was nothing to do with them and that we should’ve reported all the issues whilst we was there.

I then stated that due to COVID I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting some random person into the room.

I told them that I want a refund for the extra I paid for the cleaning services off which was denied with them stating that it was our fault for not contacting them during our stay.

All in all everything I said was ignored.

I do not, and I stress, DO NOT recommend staying at this place as their motor of communication is very poor and are happy to let you pay for a service they do not give whilst also leaving their rooms in our state.

With the response they have offered, it is filled with lie after lie.

At no point did I demand a refund. I requested a refund for the extra charge I paid for the secondary cleaning, of which was never done. It was obvious by the photos I had sent that the cleaning was never done prior to our stay. If the cleaner had been in then maybe they would’ve reported to you about all the other faults with the apartment.

On the original booking it was stated there is a 24/7 concierge on site (off which there wasn’t). Why promote something in your letting that is irrelevant to yourselves?

At no point during the booking does it say ‘ignore all signage within the building’? It doesn’t.

We are only as good as the information given and the fact of the matter is that you are the fraud and you rip people off getting them to pay for services you don’t even give.

I’m still requesting the refund for the extra service I paid for. Would you be happy to pay for a service and not received it?

And finally, I mentioned in the email that I would not be happy for a cleaner to come in to do the job that should’ve been done in the first place during our stay because in case you hadn’t noticed, there’s this thing going around called coronavirus.

If you cannot understand or comprehend all of the above then you should not be letting out apartments.

Please ask me no more for comments and review on this company. Dishonest and unreliable! Broke promise and no refund!

So efficient and so easy to book with very clear instructions. The apartment itself was brilliantly kept and exceeded expectations. Booked it for a friend’s birthday and will definitely be doing it again in the future!

We stayed at one of the properties in Birmingham and Adam the host was very very responsive and accommodating!! The flat was exactly like the pictures and was clean upon arrival. Check in process was simple and most importantly, Adam was always here to help. I would recommend anyone looking for a short stay or even long stay to get in touch with Your Perfect Stay - they have some other really good properties too!

My family stayed here for a month, and it’s been fantastic. Spacious, clean and well equipped, and the host and concierge have always been helpful and supportive! Would definitely stay again next year. Highly recommended!
