Experience from 5-day event on weight loss in perimenopause
I have just attended Tanya’s 5-day free workshop on Losing Weight in Perimenopause. I found it very informative but not overwhelming as the information was broken down into doable steps. After applying them straight away my sleep improved dramatically and I lost over 1kg by the end of the 5 days. Tanya brings in great energy and her own experience to the mix. I look forward to working with her in her next programme.

weight loss success
I’ve been on the weight loss roller coaster most of my adult life. Had some success but mostly failure until chatting with Tanya about heft weight loss program. Tanya assured me I’d lose the weight I wanted to plus keep it off and I’m happy to say I did both. Not only was the program easy to follow but her group kept me in check and the sessions extremely informative. So 5 months in I’m at the same weight and ready to do her next program.
