To start off with. You CANNOT, CANNOT unsubscribe for this app. You have to write to them and give them a reason to why you are unsubscribing. Then you are left at their mercy to unsubscribe you. And to make matters worse they never contact you EVER!!! I just got charged 170+ bucks (over the year) from a service you CAN’T unsubscribe from. Top the lot of, you can’t unsubscribe off of apple where I downloaded the app in the first place! This a SCAM! do NOT subscribe! I am saving you from this looping hell!!!
edit: I got in contact with them, they proceeded to lie, saying they sent unsubscribe links to me 5 time during early January through to now (to avoid paying me back). I have thoroughly checked my email and low and behold!!! no unsubscribe links were sent during this time!!!

Tragedia!!! Oszustwo!!! Zapłaciłam za okres próbny, a pobrało mi z konta 300 zł za jakieś dodatkowe opcje, o których nie byłam poinformowana. Po anulowaniu subskrybcji na którą nie wyraziłam zgody ponownie była próba pobrania 165 zł z mojego konta. Uważajcie, Oszustwo!!!!

Je ne ferai pas de commentaire sur leur régime. Toujours est il que je n'ai pas eu besoin d'eux pour mincir.
Dans un autre registre essayez de vous désinscrire. C'est une véritable galère cela fait un mois que j'essaie tous les jours et ils me servent tout un tas de blabla et je reçois en permanence le résultat de leur incompétence.
Voilà j'ai change un mot qui était très approprié.

Im trying to cancel a subscription…
Im trying to cancel a subscription which is impossible. I see different bank accounts trying to take money and it is impossible to get in touch with customer support or to cancel the subscription online. Be aware!!!
I only wanted to purchase a meal plan and it seems that I’m stuck in a contract and it looks impossible to cancel my subscription. I’ve received several emails that customer support gets back in 24 hours but never heard from them

Tak, jak inni zostałam oszukana. brak informacji o subskrycji. pierwsza dieta wzięta na próbę za 51 zł, teraz ściągnęli 129 zł. napisany mail do supportu, nie wiem co z tego wyjdzie.

Do not use this company
After subscribing I cancelled within one hour following the instructions exactly as stated in the email to cancel. I realised yesterday I have since been charged $500 since last September. They refuse to refund - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
