Your Electrics Arvostelua

Items were well priced but no info on delivery cost was immediately obvious, you are told this will appear at a later stage. In the end the delivery cost was twice the price of the items, I would not have ordered had I know this. Also, rather naughty that you aren't told this cost until after the order has been placed and by that stage it's too late to cancel. So what a shopping basket that appeared to contain items for just over £5 ended up costing me over £18 when VAT and delivery were added. The result of this is I won't use you again. Well done.

Items were well packed and arrived in good condition.

I bought two extractor fans having done a lot of online research. YE was best price and after I purchased they were dispatched very quickly. Great service and best price - highly recommend.

Arrived efficient time and dealt with returns quickly although it was a bit of hassle to arrange a return.

Delivered fast and really good value

Advised on correct product and delivered the next day. Excellent

Excellent service, quick and no problem at all. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the ease and efficiency offered by 'Your Electrics.'
Easy ordering process, and extremely quick despatch and delivery (with text updates to help me keep track of my order.)

Excellent service and their prices are pretty competitive too, I'll be using them again for sure.

Yes I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends they were very helpful

Good shop good price

Spot on - as ordered

Excellent service and fast delivery

simple to order and register, Product in stock and was delivered next day

Transaction straight forward I spoke with help desk re compatibility of smoke alarms I was looking to replace with new versions Help desk were honest enough to admit they thought correct ones but if not I could return and obtain full refund
No need All working fine
Very competitively priced

This is the 2nd time I have ordered with this company. The first order was picked incorrectly, which happens I guess and I accepted the situation as Chris was able to quickly sort out their mistake.
The second order was worse! Out of 5 items relating to a Crabtree grid switch, they sent a 2way switch instead of an intermediate and to make matters worse when it came to connecting the switch up the day before my clients were due home having been away for 2 weeks to allow me to rewire their house, it transpired that they'd sent me a 4 gang grid instead of a 3 gang.
I have lost total confidence in this Company, especially when after I reported this recent error I was advised they wouldn't send the replacement switch without me sending the incorrect one back!
Needless to say I won't be placing any further orders with them.

Excellent service and first class delivery

I needed 9 sets of waterproof plugs and sockets. Your Electrics had them at 30% less than I could find them elsewhere, and they arrived in 24 hours.

Very quick, next day delivery at a good price

Ordered in the evening, there at site the next day
