Young Vibes Arvostelua 

We joined Young Vibes last year, we had tried everything. Our daughters world had got very small and she would not go to school because of her anxiety. After months of feeling helpless we found Young Vibes, Sam and her team supported and helped us cope. We could not have done it without them. The programme is tough but it works! They helped us get her back to school after 9 months out, we have our daughter back and she has her life back! I cannot recommend this programme enough - we will always be thankful to Young Vibes.

The programme is exceeding all expectations. We arrived broken having tried everything traditionally on offer. Nothing gave us support as a family. The exact opposite to what we got when we joined young vibes. The focus starts with a hard look at ourselves as parents, which is tough, but I can honestly say we are in a much better place for it. We still have a way to go, but the support is outstanding.

I cannot recommend this program enough. It has been an eye opener and a complete game changer. You do have to roll your sleeves up but it is totally worth it. I have learnt a lot about myself too and become a stronger person through it.

My teen is back at school talking about her future and our relationship is on a new healthy footing!

I can't believe the change we have had, I was a bit worried about paying for something and not knowing if it will help, but little did I know, I was able to fill in all the gaps from working on myself, and I had no Idea how much this would change my life, I have STOPPED OVERTHINKING!! you fix your own stress/anxiety and then you can help your child, and that it has! My daughter now can cook for herself, when before would not eat, but refused to listen to any food options, and each mealtime was a nightmare. Then school - she was barely coping, forcing herself to school and experiencing really unwell symptoms, but was trying to cope, and having days off due to those symptoms or crying when she got home, and often mentioned self harm, she could also become physical with me and was very controlling.
her attendance went down for a little while while we worked on her as a person, but now she is back to 5 days a week this month and she is a whole different person, our relationship is much better to and I'm enjoying her company alot more, I really would recommend this, it's a commitment, and can be very hard at times, but Sam, Will, Martin and others on this course are supportive, and if you let yourself believe, it will work! We are still on our journey, but we are miles above where we were and I'm truly grateful.

My daughter has not been to school for a year she has been suffering with a number of issues until we joined young vibes we were looking at this as she had a problem we now see this is us with the problems and we have to change to help her change and go back to being a child and enjoying life this group is fantastic highly recommend but you have to be willing to put in the work they can’t do it for you

Sam and her team have been a wonderful support to me and my children at a very difficult time. The Young Vibes program has provided invaluable insight and a practical roadmap to recovery and return to school, filling a real need amid a health services and educational resources vacuum. I am so grateful that I found this program and this team. We are on our journey to recovery and already doing so much better.

We started our journey in May 2024 having taken our child out of school as every day they were struggling to leave the house. We were at our wits end seeing her world shrink and watching her become so withdrawn and were scared for her future.

This programme was a lifeline for our family. Initially I didn't know if it would help but we followed the programme and attended the zoom sessions for parents. That's when the magic happened and it felt like a bit of a cloud was being lifted from over our house and there was the tiniest glimmer of hope.

Our daughter did the programme - she didn't talk much about it but occasionally there would be something that really resonated with her. She only ever attended 1 zoom session but by August 2024 she announced she was ready to return to school and has been back ever since.

The school were supportive of our approach and very curious to learn more about the programme with a view to learning how this approach could help other pupils in a similar situation.

She is now a happy teenager, thriving at school and we're excited for her future and no longer living in constant dread. Our home is once more a happy house filled with life and laughter.

I don't know where we'd be now if we hadn't done the programme. Personally it gave me a huge amount of strength and confidence and I still draw on the programme and things I've learnt. I can't thank Davina enough for her support.

I subscribe to Evergreen still and do dip into the programme from time to time to draw on the parts that have resonated with me.

I'd highly recommend this programme to anyone who is in the same or similar situation. Thank you Young Vibes!

I came to young vibes as a last resort when nothing else was helping my son and I. He had been out of school for months and was always fatigued and I was stressed and in burnout. The program helped me to understand myself and gave me the confidence and ability to make home life so much better, and in turn I saw such a positive change in my son. I’d absolutely recommend this, I found a whole group of people who understand me and what I’m going through! Thanks especially to Hannah. X

I cannot thank the Young Vibes team for everything they have done for us as a family. We have now finished the programme and the difference it has made is incredible. My daughter is so much better, happier and more confident. She is doing things I could not have imagined – let alone hope for – a year ago! I am much more relaxed. I realised early into the programme that my anxiety was feeding hers and, once I learned how to reduce mine, the process started to pay off. Then we worked on hers, despite her being resistant, and that made such a difference. I was then offered an extra part of the course, which helped me separate out and deal with what was behavioural and not simply anxiety. This was the big step to changing our household to one where there is laughter and conversation, instead of tears and confrontation. We’ve decided that she is going to home school but this is a decision based on what she (and I) feel is the right path for her not because she can’t because of her anxiety, which is a big difference. She has instigated getting some work experience and is excited about a big family holiday that would have been impossible before. Thanks to all the mentors! You are amazing. I’ll miss Young Vibes and the support and kindness but looking forward to the future.

We have just completed the Anxious to Awesome program with my daughter and it has been a truly positive experience for our family. The program is very well structured, easy to follow, and full of practical tools that children can actually use in real life. My daughter has learned how to understand her worries and manage her anxiety in a much healthier way. We have noticed a real improvement in her confidence and ability to cope with stressful situations. As a parent, it also helped me understand how to better support her. I would highly recommend this program to any family whose child struggles with anxiety.

We joined Young Vibes at a point when school anxiety had become overwhelming for my 13 year old daughter daughter and daily attendance was a real struggle. The programme helped me understand the root causes of her anxiety and recognise some of the patterns and responses that were unintentionally reinforcing it.

Working through the materials together, and having the guidance of the Zoom sessions helped me stay consistent — even when the approach felt counterintuitive at times.

The change has been significant. My daughter is now back in school full time, with only the occasional wobble, and the mornings feel calmer and more manageable for both of us.

The support has been thoughtful, practical and compassionate. I would recommend Young Vibes to any parent navigating school anxiety who wants a clear framework and supportive guidance.

I can’t thank Young Vibes enough, it’s changed our lives forever. If you are thinking about signing up, please think no more just do it, you will not regret it. There is no formula like it, once you learn you can never unlearn it. It’s not for the faint hearted (those bad reviews), there is no nicely nice, it is what it is, face it, stop the suffering, become wise and move on to the direction of that light under the tunnel…it is truly beautiful there.

I joined for one purpose and ended up walking away with more than I ever could have imagine about knowledge, wisdom and courage to be different after years of apologising for my ‘sensitive, high emotion’ self! :)

Just a few months ago, we felt completely hopeless.
We were panicking as we watched our son (9) slowly withdraw from all the things he used to love, school, friends, even simple things like going out into our own back garden. It felt like his world was getting smaller by the day.
Today, as we were heading to the cinema for the second time this week, he said, “I’ve got a tummy ache, but that’s okay, I know why it is and how to deal with it now.” That one sentence sums up the journey we’ve been on as a family with Young Vibes.
The mentors are there for us every day, guiding us through each step, giving us tools, answering every question, and reassuring us whenever things feel overwhelming.
Not only did our son learn how to understand and manage his anxiety, but we did too, as a family. We’ve gained knowledge and tools that will stay with us for life - our only regret is that we didn’t join sooner.
We’re still on this journey, it’s a process, but it’s given our son the confidence to step back into his world and live the life he deserves ❣

Recently started the programme and so far it’s helped me understand how our approaches to dealing with my sons anxiety may not be helping and to try some different things Only 4 rather than 5 stars as we still have a way to go to get my son recovered but I do feel optimistic for the first time in a long while

Patronising advertisements & condescending staff who reply to Facebook comments with sarcastic quips meant to shame anyone out of voicing concerns. Totally unprofessional. Deleted my comment because they did not like any negative publicity.

A very useful programme - perhaps even more so at times for parents than youngsters, as it absolutely provides strong guidance as to how to recognise and adapt behaviour when seeking solutions for a young person's anxiety worries.

I found Young Vibes after my 14 year old daughter started refusing to go to school after years of struggling. After just 2 weeks on the program our house is much calmer and happier. Everything I've learnt so far will help all of us going forward and it's just the start. I'm excited about whats coming next and I know its going to give my daughter the tools she needs to tackle anxiety in the future.
