My ordered wasnt delivered after 1 unsuccessful attempt by the courier, they returned it to the warehouse. I contacted You Know Who's who told me I could collect the parcel from the warehouse. I declined as it was in another town and I couldn't travel so I asked for a refund. Which I was told I would receive. I has now been over a month and still no refund has been sent. I have just sent an email stating I will be taking this to the financial ombudsman

Thin towels
The towels I ordered are rubbish, didn’t look a bit like the towels in the picture. They will be going in the next charity bag. Will not be using this company again.

We do offer 14 day free returns, if you wish to send the towels back for a refund. Regarding the returns, please use the link provided.
This will allow you to create a free returns label which will also contain a QR code should you not have access to a printer.
