Send me many wrong products, mismatch with what I have ordered

Some came with expired date
And poor package , that broke product everywhere

And nobody replied to my messages , I tried many way, and he ignored me all the time

That's very painful

Compré un producto y me mandaron otro parecido pero de peor calidad a precio del alto.
No atendieron mis reclamaciones.

Spedizione orrenda, mi e arrivato l uovo di pasqua pienamente distrutto dopo 8 euro di spedizione BASE.

Sembrava che le cose che ho ordinato , con ottimi prezzi e spese di trasporto assolutamente congrue, non fossero state spedite, invece il problema era di SDA.. nn trovavo il tracciamento, era inesistente. Invece le cose sono arrivate ben imballate e con quel nr di tracciamento. La titolare mi ha risposto al telefono ed e' stata molto cortese. Per me, buona azienda, ordinero' di nuovo.

They send me wrong sausages, I ordered chili, they send me fennil (which I hate), Further the sausages was halfrotten, since they only pack with very very little ice. Also a glas of Tuna paste was opened when I recieved.
I tried to reach out to them for a solution, but they would not cooperate. NEVER AGAIN!

This company stole €274 from me. A package was shipped and lost by UPS. They told me they would refund me, they never did. I accused them of theft which offended them even though they are thieves; they then told me to not be their customer anymore. American Express dispute investigation resulted in them not complying. Do not buy anything from these awful people.

Excellente expérience d'achat. Commande passée vendredi en fin de journée, traitée et expédiée via UPS samedi.
J'ai été livré mercredi en France! Colis très bien protégés. Au passage, merci pour la qualité excellente des olives italiennes.
Je recommande ce commerçant.

j ai effectue une grosse commande de 295 eur
on me repond une semaine plus tard qu il manque un article et me propose de le remplacer par un article moins cher.
il me bloque la commande pendant 2 semaine pour un seul article d un kilo.
jusque la je garde patience et je n aurais pas du.
je reçois encore une semaine plus tard 2 colis avec un tier de ma commande.
personne ne répond.
site a fuir. surtout que bien que les tarifs soient attractifs, les frais de ports double le prix final.

If someone is a butter enthusiast then you must try their Buffalo butter. I ordered it via amazon from the UK and guess what got in within 2 days in a well secured package. Butter wasn’t melted at all which surprised me. I also received a confirmation from the seller directly to receive my package as I missed the delivery.
Overall i am pleased with the product and delivery and will buy again.

Ho perso Euro 80 in un ordine di mozzarelle per le info sbagliate sui tempi di consegna.
Nella sezione Spedizioni indicano 24-48ore per le spedizioni standard in Italia e dicono di usare UPS, DHL, Fedex.
Inoltre, quando ho messo l’ordine alle ore 11:00 di Lunedi 28 luglio, a carello mi veniva indicata la consegna tra il 29-31 Luglio.
La verita’ e’ che usano SDA (non menzionato tra i corrieri e noto per il pessimo servizio), e quando l’ordine e’ stato evaso Martedi 30 Luglio, SDA mi ha comunicato il 4 Agosto come giorno di consegna.
Cioe’ 1 settimana dope l’ordine!!!
L'ordine e' arrivato il 4 Agosto e ho quindi perso 80 euro. Peccato infine che il customer care non risponda alle mie email ne telefonate.

Salve a tutti voi/noi italiani all'estero, io non condivido in assoluto le altre recensioni di cui si lamentano di questa azienda, io ho fatto ordini per circa € 600 tra ieri ed oggi, ho avuto con loro un accellente rapporto di comunicazione, sempre pronte risposte sia su wazzap che via email, pertanto in riferimento alle comunicazioni con la ditta non condivido le altre recensioni di altre persone, sto parlando solo in riferimento alle comunicazioni che sono state prontamente gentili educate ed esaurienti, io do 💯💢💢💢💢💢 in assoluto in riferimento alle comunicazioni , APPENA RICEVO LA MERCE LA PROSSIMA SETTIMANA SARA MIA PREMURA NEL BENE OPPURE NEL MALE FARE UNA ALTRA RECENSIONE , DA DOTTOR LAURO, DIPLOMATICO, AMBASCIATA ITALIANA LONDRA

Toujours satisfait..aussi bien par les produits que par l'expédition et la gentillesse de l équipe .

I was looking to purchase over £100 of Italian made orange and lemon jellies.... Prior to purchase, I asked if this product contains gelatine as it would be animal derived.... The company could not answer the question, so I went by the ingredients list shown on their website, which DID NOT include gelatine, and went ahead with the purchase.... Unfortunately, upon checking the packaging when they arrived, the DID contain gelatine, so had to give them away.... I think youdreamitaly could have contacted the manufacturer and asked the question on my behalf, plus, they SHOULD NOT be showing incorrect ingredient information on their website as it is misleading and I'm now over £100 out of pocket... I think the company should offer at least a partial refund if not a full one....So all-in all, not overly impressed....
I see youdreamitaly do not respond to reviews posted on here which speaks volumes in my opinion...

I have not been offered a single penny back, not even a partial refund and not likely to ever be.....I would seriously think twice before purchasing from a retailer without morals, especially as their website incorrectly listed the ingredients!!!
