The team at Yord were great to deal with from start to finish - proactive communication to confirm dates and timing, care of site and attention to detail when installing, and then following up once everything was complete. I'd highly recommend them.

We met the company (Yord Ltd) via personal introduction from a previous client. We consulted two other suppliers at the same time.

Following the initial statement of our requirements, the specification was presented in a very clear form from the start and was supported by technical drawings of the 32 windows.

As soon as the agreement was reached in principle, we requested the likely timing for the installation and the answer was unequivocal that it would take 12 weeks from confirmation of the order to commencement of installation. This is exactly what happened.

The plan was then developed based on the promised 2 days per unit. There were 8 units and the installation went like clockwork, starting and finishing exactly on time.

The installation staff were friendly and courteous at all times but above all, very professional. Clearly very experienced.

The working areas were always fully protected at all times and were left in a clean condition at the end of each day.

All the staff including office support, were very responsive with clear guidance and support from start to finish. Two minor snags were reported and rectified satisfactorily and in a timely fashion.

Building Control agents inspected the work during the works and again after completion when the final certificate of approval was issued satisfactorily.

We would engage the company again without any preliminary interviews or doubts. Fully satisfied.

Good communication delivered on said date and very sturdy windows.

These guys installed two large triple glazed lift and slide Corviso windows for us. They also, operate under the name Leon Services. They came and measured and then ordered windows to spec and paint finish. Timescales were delayed slightly due to the windows supplier but when the windows arrived, they were perfect. Office staff were responsive and courteous. The windows were delivered straight to our home and the workmen fitted them carefully right away. They made a good job of the sealing and anchoring of the windows. The windows fit correctly and operate flawlessly. We will probably use them again. Based on our experience, we have no hesitation in recommending them.
