Yooyapp Arvostelua 8

Ordered product back in December 2025 never received it. Order #2355 numerous emails back and forth for months with no resolve. Scam Scam Scam!!!

This website is a scam you will not receive what you oredered

1. I paid for Learn Japanese in full on January 15, 2026
2. The item didn’t come as promised on a 26 of January.
3. I inquired 2 times through the website with my order number - no replies.
4. Found an email and inquired about my item, there was no reply.
5. Left a couple of negative reviews on social media.
6. The WRONG book (Learn Mandarin) arrived 3 weeks PAST the promised date, making it over a month and a half.
7. The company finally responded and after 2 weeks correspondence, they won’t provide me with their return address, offering a 15% and then 20% partial refund.
They suggest, I give this book as a gift, while I tried to explain that I don’t know anyone who is interested in learning Mandarin, with all due respect.
8. There’s a name “John” on the envelope without a last name. The Brooklyn NY address is a blank garage door in the wall, I looked it up.
To my question, why can’t I return it there, the company refused to answer and said the returns must be shipped back to China at my expense, and even then, they cal only refund 15-20% of my money when they receive the item plus 20 days processing.
As you can see, I wasted more time corresponding than I should have.
At this point it is not about the money.
I told them I’ll file a dispute with my credit card company and leave a negative review everywhere I see them advertise.
Stay away from buying at yooyapp

They take your money then they fail to deliver your order. They do not refund your money. The website is untrustworthy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING YOOYAPP WEBSITE.

I made and paid for 2 different orders back in early January and have yet to receive my orders and cannot get a response from yooyapp. They are Scammers!

Ordered a Japanese learning book, never received, no answer to my emails, no tracking possible.
They're so active on social media, I can't believe this is a scam 😳

Item has not arrived, they do not respond to request for updates or clarification regarding the purchase or shipping. Tracking information by company on Feb 8th claims item is not the way, however The USPS tracking number provided is invalid on the USPS website.

I ordered the Tortoise Hydrojug 40oz from Yooy over three weeks ago and have still not received it. There has been no updated shipping information provided, and the tracking has not changed since the order was placed.
I have emailed the company multiple times and included screenshots of my order confirmation, payment receipt, and order number each time. Unfortunately, I have received absolutely no response.
The lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. At this point, I feel ignored as a customer and frustrated that there has been no effort to resolve the issue. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless they improve their communication and follow-through.
