YOOtheme Pro make excellent quality products and the support in the forums is excellent.

Really powerful themes / templates and extensions for WordPress and Joomla which are constantly being improved. I'm using YOOTHEME over many years and never want to miss it again.

I had a catastrophic failure with both the front end and backend but Yootheme had supplied the solution and done the fix before my hosting company had even responded to my submitted ticket. I don't expect that immediate a response but, WOW what great service.

Thanks and gratitude to the YOOtheme Pro team (especially Michael Maas) for the quick help. You can work with the programs very well, they are fantastically customizable, flexible and easy to manage. I tried many different builders until I got to this wonderfully made program. I'll stay here! More successful development and progress to you.❤️👍

Within a few moments I had an answer on my question/problem with Google Maps. I realized it's not their software what was causing the issue, but despites that they still answered me and provided a solution.

I am so very thankful for the amazing technical support from YooTheme. They helped me resolve an unexpected change in my web host's PHP that was preventing me from updating my YooTheme template installation for Joomla. Try as I may, I could not resolve the issue – until their Tech Support helped identify the potential issue, and then everything installed flawlessly again! I've been using YooTheme templates since Yootheme's inception in 2007, both as a website developer and an end-user. I love their brilliant Joomla products, including the YooTheme Pro page builder and Widetkit gallery extension. Absolutely the best, customizable templates for Joomla hands down!

If you have no experience building a website but are not afraid to learn, you cannot do better than YooTheme with its Builder wysiwyg mode for page building. I'm not a programmer, developer, and don't know css or html. I just prefer to build my small business' website myself. The online support is outstanding in answering questions from noobs that don't know anything about website building. I just went live with my YooTheme website and I couldn't be happier with how it looks.

I'm very happy with YOOtheme. I've created almost 100 website with it. Support is almost always very quick. I give 4 stars, because sometimes there is no reply to a question at all. And I'm a person that does research first before asking. As a non-webdeveloper I'm dependable on their resources. Sometimes a projects gets delayed if i don't get an answer.

I must say this review is biased, because I love YooTheme, I have been using their templates and framework for a long time, nothing is easier, hand on hand with Joomla, I have been able to make a lot of good work and money.
