Enjoy doing these questionnaires,and get paid at the same time! Some take longer than stated but never a problem. Payment is automatic and fast.What not to love!

This is the best survey site I have ever used, payouts are automatically processed once you have reached you 50 points. It can take a couple of months to get to 50 points but very much worth it. Always very happy with this site and have used it for many years.

Always have no problem with payments , would like a few more surveys but they are quite well paid compared to the pennies you get on some , keep up the good work .

Their used to be a really good, reliable survey panel. However towards the start of the.year thw suspended my account for no apparent reason. When I asked why they gave a bland generic response about some alleged violation of terms or filling out surveys or something. When I asked for clarification of what exactly i had allegedly done they didn't have the courtesy to respond. I have always taken time to answer as best I can. Today I find again my account is locked out, and with no courtesy of an explanation. This would appear to be a thinly veiled excuse to get my answers for free. Do not trust them- there are far more trustworthy panels out there that are far more deserving of my time...

Yes they pay out and yes they’re genuine.
You often spend a few minutes on a survey, not to qualify, despite them knowing ur demographics prior.
Surveys take longer than stated and they are few and far between.
Had the me 10-11 months to get £50.
So I use it to whale away time when I get a survey and take the £50 as a very less than occasional bonus.
Don’t rely on this as income in any way shape or form, it’s an occasional time sipping bonus that pays out eventually.

I've been with Y-live/Populus Live for many years, and always given glowing reviews. However, when I queried as to why I hadn't received my latest £50 payout, they said my address wasn't registered, and payouts were never made without an address. I pointed out that I'd received many payouts, so assumed my address must have been deleted in error by Y-live - to which no reply from them. Also, the tone of their earlier replies was unsympathetic, effectively putting the blame on me [when I've done nothing], only saying my payment would now be made next month! It is with regret I post this, as until now they've been, in my opinon, the best of the survey companies.

I have been an active participant on YLive for a few years now. The surveys are generally very good (although some are quite lengthy) and I have had no issues with any I have completed. The 'screened out' percentage is probably average. I have had no issues with payouts and love that it is automated, saving the fuss of having to make a withdrawal claim. I find them one of the better sites out there.

Payment overdue and no response from support

I’ve had good experiences with Y Live previously, including receiving payments without any issues, so I’ve generally been very happy with the service.

However, I currently have two £50 payments due after reaching the required points. The points were deducted from my account on 1 August, but as of 18 August I haven’t received either payment.

Y Live’s terms state that BACS payments should normally arrive within 5–10 days of the points being deducted. I’ve also contacted Y Live about the missing payments but haven’t received a response.

It’s also frustrating that there doesn’t appear to be a phone number available to speak to someone directly about payment issues.

Hopefully this is just a payment delay and the issue gets resolved, but I’d appreciate some communication from Y Live and an update on what the issue could be and when the outstanding payments will be made.

Decent Survey Site high payout threshold which takes a while to get to also cannot understand why in this day and age it takes up to 14 days make payment by bank transfer.

I have been with Y Live for many years and find their surveys interesting and easy to complete. The plus side is that I get rewards which are automatically paid into my bank account, which I have just received £50 which helps with every day running costs.

This company were supposed to pay out on 14/08/26 but still haven't paidvout. They said Monday the 17th at the latest but still no payment.

Very good survey site. Interesting topics & easy to complete. Also the £50.00 reward is a good incentive & paid promptly. Would highly recommend the Y Live community to everyone.
