Been doing surveys for a while now. They never take long and payout is automatic when you get to 50 points. It takes a while to be issued but they make that clear on their website. Used to have an issue with surveys freezing but that seems to have been resolved now. Handy bit of extra income.

I've been a member of Y Live for many years and I've enjoyed taking lots of different surveys. The amount you get for each survey is great and so far all my rewards have been issued with no problems at all. I always look forward to seeing a survey opportunity in my inbox because it's always exciting to see what the subject will be about as they are very varied and interesting.

Great survey experience. Surveys are interesting and easy to complete. There are interesting diary studies. Rewards are paid out efficiently

This has been the best survey site ive used it makes my opinion feel valued and the surveys can be very interesting. Payment is very good and I receive it quickly after reaching the points .

YLive community have lots of interesting & educational surveys to participate in.
A great way to help others & earn a bit of spending money into the bargin.
They pay out promptly when you have reached the 50 points.

Great way of getting involved in surveys. They do sometimes take longer than it says and frequency of being asked varies.
Still good to do though

This is the best survey site I have found. Each survey pays £1 for each 5 minutes of completion and then you can get a cheque of bank transfer once you get to £50. There are times when you get screened out of course, but a lot less than some sites. I would highly recommend.

Useless organisation that takes up your time in exchange for nothing.

I had been a member of Y Live for over four years and, until recently, had very few complaints. Surveys were infrequent but generally worthwhile, and payments were reliable. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been disappointing. After reaching the payment threshold, I found myself unable to access my account. Password reset emails never arrived, survey invitations stopped, and attempts to contact support have either gone unanswered or resulted in very limited communication. What is most frustrating is not necessarily the issue itself, but the lack of clear communication and timely support after being a loyal member for several years. Long-standing members deserve better transparency, especially when earned rewards are involved. I hope this matter can be resolved soon.

Horrible company- total scammers. They ALWAY screen out of surveys, EVERY TIME. They get their answers and avoid paying. I am reporting them to Trading Standards, they need clsoing down.

Yet again I was invited to do a survey. I filled the form in and after about 15 mins it said they had enough from my demographic (or words to that effect).
It's been months since I made £1 . Every single survey I feel like I'm near the end and the same message pops up, they don't want me.
I'd just forget about it but I've made £40 and can withdraw it when (if) I get to £50.

I previously left a review about this company! been with them completing surveys for over 15 years and then all of a sudden I was unable to complete any of the surveys they was sending to me.
They replied to my first complaint here and asked me to contact them - which I had already been doing - but I done again - now another three weeks have passed - nothing from them - no help and no surveys and no explanation - they are also holding rewards from me from previously done surveys! shocking after being with them for so long this is how they treat people !

Would leave 0 stars if I could as I haven’t been able to successfully complete a survey since 2024 as it just tells me I don’t qualify for a single one of them, the site has become a joke which is disappointing as it used to be really good.

As others have reported it starts off pretty decent with regular surveys that pay reasonable well. However it quickly becomes terrible with surveys that take between two and five times longer that advertised, random screen outs with pay, terrible support, etc.

Which is hugely disappointing given how many people claim Y-Live is amazing.

I’ve been using YLive for over 3 years and everything was fine at the beginning. Every time I reached £50, I was able to withdraw my money without issues.

But recently, just like many other people mentioned in the reviews, once my balance got close to £50 (around £47), I suddenly stopped receiving surveys completely.

What’s even worse is that customer support doesn’t reply at all, and now I can’t even log into my account anymore. Password reset emails and verification codes never arrive.

I still have money left in my account, so this honestly feels extremely suspicious and unfair.

The surveys are interesting and can be very thought provoking. They are very quick in sending the rewards. An excellent site.
