I have only paid money in and after losing a few quid I self excluded myself permanently. After a month I constantly get emailed , phoned and text offering promotions to play . I thought this was illegal ?

Poor site never play here as you get ripped off played for a while never had a win till yesterday went to take my winning s out and told I need to verify my account sent in document and they get rejected and say no good this has been to days now it don't take to days to take your money but trying to get any back is very hard and there should be some sort of law against this very poor site never play here

I have been trying to withdrawal my money back, at the first time the customer support said my bank didn’t allow my refund, and suggested me to use TRUSTLY, I followed their instruction and 2 days after, the customer support told me that I need to go through their verification process before I can get my own money back! That’s make me really angry because it has been 7 days I haven’t got my money back, they seem setting things to not allowing your money back, I am still dealing with them and I hope this matter will be solved asap, that’s my case for your reference…

An on-line casino can only be judged by the speed it pays out the winnings. I must have opened this account 3 years ago...and then for any reason.. didn't go back. A couple of weeks ago, I returned and played various slots. Initially they paid out fine... but then 6 days ago... they stopped paying me. Took them 3 days to email me to tell them that they now need to verify my account. (WHY DO CASINOS WAIT TILL YOU'VE WON TO VERIFY YOU? HOW COME WHEN YOU LOSE...THEY DON'T CARE WHERE THE MONEY IS COMING FROM?) Anyway...The thing was... they needed a photo of the card on my account. Not the card I had been using in the last few weeks... but the card from 3 YEARS AGO. That was 2 debit cards ago. They needed a photo of the card. Amazingly... I found a picture...in an old sent email to another casino. Luckily, I never clear my sent email folder. I had covered the middle 8 numbers on the card for that casino, as this is what they told me I had to do FOR SECURITY REASONS. But not Yeti... Oh No... they wanted to see the first 6 digits, as well as the last 4. How the hell am I supposed to do this when the card was destroyed after the contactless part of the card stopped working. So, after a few emails back and forth, they decided that they needed to see a bank statement showing the bank account it was used on. It's the same account as now...not changed my account, just renewed the card. But that's not good enough. So...and very luckily, my bank holds on line statements going back that far...not much further I should add. So, i got a copy, blacked out all the transaction details, scanned it in and sent it. Oh no... They need to see a transaction showing the last 4 digits of the card from 3 years ago. So... I did this and sent it in... Good enough? Oh no... now they want to see a specific transaction relating to their casino on a certain date (Why didn't they just ask for this in the first place?). Amazingly, I was able to find the particular transaction...scanned it in... blacked out every other transaction apart from the one they needed to see. Was this good enough? Who knows... this was 2 days ago... no email to say that my account was now verified...nor any winnings paid to my bank. I've emailed their 'customer service' and asked for an update. Nothing back in return! NOTHING. Their customer service is non existent! Do they not want to pay out winnings? DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE HAD AN ACCOUNT FOR YEARS...ESPECIALLY IF THAT ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DORMANT. They'll want cards and statements going back years and years before they even consider paying you out. How can a card that no longer exists FROM 3 YEARS AGO have any bearing on transactions made using a new card? Totally useless. NEVER AGAIN.

I wasn’t able to withdraw via Apple Pay, could be to do with my bank and it was declined, so they suggested Trustly, which I’d never heard of, but was reassured on the online chat by this method.

After a heck of a struggle and sending a ton of id your ac may get verified, but to no avail because they make excuses like technical errors or they don't accept mastercard, say to withdraw in bitcoin etc. They say withdrawals take up to 36HRS, they always fail and reject them. After one week i never got my withdrawal, i put in a withdrawal request x4 times, all rejected even though i had an available balance and fully verified member, they keep your deposits and winnings, a fake, rigged system, promises of prizes etc. Scam casino, contact no. at wepage is not in service, live chat is bots, generic email replies, is bots too. I say Avoid this casino like the plague, report them for malpractice, data protection breach and claim your despoists back via your bank on the grounds of scam/fraud.

I typed in my password wrong due to my keyboard being on caps, they refuse to allow me to use temporary validated police clearence certifide document as well as a photo of me holding my id. In South Africa home affairs is going a bit slow with id cards which i explained to them. They then followed on by telling me i have a gambiling addiction, guys i dont even play high volumes of money i play cause its entertainment for me. I would never recommend Yeti to anyone. I have found this site good, like all gambling you win and you loose but they have always completed prompt withdrawals. When asked for ID documents I uploaded these and my account was verified within 3 hours.
